Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen, das Hotel und seine Ausstattung und das freundliche Personal waren toll. Ein sauberer Wellnessbereich und auch Lösungen für unsere eBikes waren super. Das Restaurant hatte eine sehr gute Abendkarte

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war der gekochte Schinken schlecht, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht.

Trevligt bemötande på ett tjusigt slott
Pros:

När vi checkade in i receptionen, träffade vi en ung trevlig man, som erbjöd att man kunde få hjälp att bära upp väskorna om vi ville. Rent och snyggt överallt, vi var inte där för att spela golf, men golfbanan ligger alldeles intill. För att komma dit till detta tjusiga slott fick man köra runt hela Karlovy Vary vilket var ca drygt en mil. Slottet ligger högt upp. Deras pool var mycket fin och välskött. Många hotell tar betalt för att använda hotellens poler, och tar även betalt för att parkera. Här var allting fritt vilket uppskattades av oss. Vad man tycker om sängarna är ju upp till var och en, jag sov gott medan min fru tyckte de var lite hårda. Kommer vi tillbaks till Karlovy Vary bokar vi detta ställe igen och bilar ner till stan, istället för att bo inne stan. Där bodde vi några nätter tidigare och var väldigt svårt att hitta parkering, och var väldigt dyrt.

I enjoyed it and would consider coming back again with friends
Pros:

Very clean, completely new spa which we spent most of the time there alone, huge room with a very specific royal style that is well made and gorgeous view

Cons:

The staff could have been better - the woman at the front desk who welcomed us was not very nice and the massage was disappointing
