Çok doğal, temiz ve sakin bir yer.
Pros:

Çok temiz di odalar. Çok güzel yüzlü ve sakim personel. müşteri memnuniyetine çok önem veriyor.

Cons:

Tesisin sadece yataklarını beğenmedim. Çok dar ve küçük. Ve biraz rahatsız bir matrak. Ben zayıf bir adam olarak tekli yatak bana bile dar geldi.

Wunderschön ruhig und erholsam gelegen.
Pros:

Eine Bahnstrecke liegt nur 300 m unterhalb des Hotels und verkehrt im Stundentakt nach Karlsbad. Da kann man ganz bequem das Auto stehen lassen und für 2,- Euro Hin- und Rückfahrt steht außer Frage. Wir waren nur zwei Gäste und das Personal war sehr freundlich und eine super Große Auswahl zum Frühstück.

Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen innerhalb der Halbpension waren lecker. Es wurde in großem Maße Rücksicht auf spezielle Bedürfnisse bei der Ernährung eingegangen (Glutenfrei). Der Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Flair!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen außerordentlichen Charme und Charakter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Pool/Wellnessbereich ist sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Im Restaurant wurden wir verwöhnt mit tollen Speisen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Jen při takovém exkluzivním pobytu je instantní nechutná kapsle čaje a kávy s robotem na pokoji spíše nepovedený vtip. :D Konvice a český čaj s dobrou kávou by potěšila. Ale luxusní restaurace to jistí.

Pros:

We spent a weekend at the hotel with my husband and had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a large and beautiful territory, perfect for relaxation. There is a great wellness area with a spacious swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. Massage services are also available.

The hotel has its own restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Kein Massentourismus, klein, sehr fein und einfach schön
Pros:

Der Service war top. Das Personal super nett und auf Zack und trotzdem hatte man nicht das Gefühl, dass die Anwesenheit unangenehm war. Der Wellnessbereich und vor allem auch die Massage (Triggerpunkte-hatten wir noch nie in der Art) empfehlen wir gern weiter.
