Wellness mit Herzlichkeit
Pros:

Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wurde ständig frisch aufgefüllt. Die Bedienung im Schlossrestaurant ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Auch die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness- und Saunabereich ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider war es im Zimmer am ersten Tag sehr kalt, obwohl die Heizung an war. Am zweiten Tag war es angenehm.Vielleicht kann man, bevor die Gäste es beziehen und es vorher nicht belegt war, etwas vorwärmen ( in der kalten Jahreszeit:) ).

Erholung pur im königlichen Schloss
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit Zug Anbindung.
Zum wandern und danach im Wellness Bereich entspannen perfekt.
Essen sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal und sehr sauber.

Eins der wenigen in Karlsbad das nicht "abgewohnt" ist!
Pros:

Es war wirklich wundervoll hier Silvester zu verbringen, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen war lecker und der Wellness Bereich ein Träumchen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Çok temiz di odalar. Çok güzel yüzlü ve sakim personel. müşteri memnuniyetine çok önem veriyor.

Cons:

Tesisin sadece yataklarını beğenmedim. Çok dar ve küçük. Ve biraz rahatsız bir matrak. Ben zayıf bir adam olarak tekli yatak bana bile dar geldi.
