Pros:

Pohodové a klidné místo na samotě u lesa. Slušný wellnes, bazén,sauna,posilovna,vyrivka.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Karlsbad ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, sehr sauber und freundliche Menschen.

Tolle empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit wenig kleinen Mängeln, trotzdem unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Ruhe, der tolle Wellbessbereich, sehr gutes Frühstück. Größtenteils sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. In 500 Metern Entfernung Bahnhaltepunkt, von dem aus man sehr preiswert nach Karlsbad und Marienbad fahren kann, preiswerter als die dortigen Parkgebühren.

Cons:

Nach einer absolut ruhigen Nacht morgens beim Frühstück die zu laute Musikbeschallung. Im Saunabereich wäre vor der Dusche ein Vorhang schön, wenn andere Leute vorbeilaufen. Sollte jemand Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben, lieber bei Buchung ein Zimmer im 2. OG und nicht im 3. OG anfragen.

A beautiful château-style stay with excellent food, attentive staff, and a magical experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, with a charming château-style design and a stunning, well-appointed room. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

Breakfast offered a great selection and everything we tried was excellent. We also had a late lunch on our first day, which was delicious. Our daughter absolutely loved the atmosphere—she felt like a princess in such a lovely setting.

A memorable experience we would happily recommend.

odlično, kot bi bival na gradu

Hotel je na nivoju; Z avtom lahko dostopno, parkirišče pred hotelom. Leži stran od zgodovinskih zanimivosti ki so z avtom dostopne do 30 min, kar je idealno. Osebje prijazno, postrežba in hrana top. Sobe pa res grajske. Mir, bazen, savne, vse da človek res počije. Cena več kot ugodna za tako ponudbo. Priporočamo.

Určitě se rádi zase vrátíme a užijeme si relaxu.

Skvělý wellness, krásné pokoje a prostředí hotelu. Hotel je v klidné časti blízkosti lesa.

Cons:

Co mi nevyhovělo byla vana součásti pokoje. Byla hrozne úzká a to nejsem nikterak při těle.

Unglaublich nettes Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer. Wir haben den Wellnessbereich genossen und die tollen Massagen (danke vor allem an Watzlaf). Auch das kleine, feine Restaurant haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Danke vor allem an das freundliche Frühstückspersonal. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt

Cons:

Das Bad war morgens leider etwas kühl, und die Dusche in der hohen Badewanne sicherlich nicht für jeden etwas. Ein Aufzug - zumindest für das Gepäck - haben wir vermisst.
