Not the best 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in

Konumu, özellikle resepsiyon görevlilerinin ilgi ve samimiyeti, odanın temizliği be çay kahve imkanı

Cons:

Oda biraz küçüktü, çekmece raf gibi bir alan ve banyoda havlu asacak askı yoktu. Kahvaltı biraz geç geliyordu ve bir gün fiyata dahil olan bir ürün için ertesi gün bitti denildi. Yerine başka bir şey önerilmedi.

Great staff and very comfortable bed for our stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Great location and staff, breakfast was at the restaurant and got to choose any entree from the menu.
King size bed was very comfortable, room was kind of dark (lacked lighting) but didn’t take anything away from enjoying the room. Our Television wasn’t working, but they ordered a new one and it arrived the day before we were departing - not a big deal, as we were enjoying Amsterdam.
Need a few more hooks to place towels, and spaces to store personal belongings (minor detail) but overall a great hotel with excellent staff.

Cons:

Lacked lighting and water seeping thru shower door onto main bathroom floor. We placed a towel by the front part of entrance door and that helped absorb residual water seeping thru the door.(not a big problem).
