Cuando llegamos y nos dieron la habitación, al entrar se sentía muy fuerte olor a humedad y efectivamente las paredes presentaban mucha humedad, asi que solicitamos cambio de habitación, pero nos dijeron que estaban llenos y que no había otra opción. Terrible que ofrezcan a los huéspedes habitaciones en esas condiciones. La persona de recepción llamo al gerente buscando solución, pero la opción que dio fue que nos fueramos a buscar otro hotel y que ellos no nos cobrarian nada por irnos y no aceptar la habitación, No tuvimos de otra que irnos a buscar otro hotel, porque no nos solucionaron... El lugar es bonito, pero nos pareció muy mala la atención al cliente
El personal fue muy amable , las instalaciones son preciosas
En general que por booking no informan de todos los servicios como el jacuzzi o el río.

LA HABITACIÓN QUE RESERVE INICIALMENTE TENIA UNA TREMENDA HUMEDAD, EL OLOR ERA MUY INCOMODO, ESTABA UBICADA EN EL PISO DE LA COCINA, SOLICITE OTRA HABITACIÓN CON COSTO ADICIONAL PARA EL PISO SUPERIOR, LA CUAL SI ESTABA MUCHO MÁS COMODA Y SIN HUMEDAD.

Our room was in front of the reception and we heard everything from there
Todo la ubicación, comida la amabilidad, comodidad de la cama, el silencio, fuimos muy felices acá
En el baño la puerta no se podía cerrar, faltan ganchos en el clóset para colgar la ropa
El trato del personal es para destacar. Han sido muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La vista es maravillosa.
Las habitaciones han quedado antiguas y precisan arreglos
Excellent location, excellent overall experience, great staff, a real gem, really nothing to compare, it has everything: great views, great food, lovely staff, we were really lucky to find this accomodation
We had a lovely 2 night stay here & even treated ourselves to some treatments which we would definitely recommend. We had a full body massage each and I also had a facial. Our double room was spacious with the most beautiful views! It was a little further out from the main town than we had expected and not feasible to get a taxi there and back for dinner - we found the food at the cafe onsite wasn’t great. We didn’t get to try the restaurant as it was closed the day we arrived and the second evening we went at 8pm and were advised it was closed which we were told at check in but I just forgot it closed so early. The staff are SO friendly and we went down to the games room one evening which was fun
Only the location being a little far from town - but worth it for the views!
