Muy buen hotelcito !
Pros:

Muy buen ubicado en el centro de la ciudad vieja. El hotel y las habitaciones son limpios y comodos. Destaco la comodidad de la cama y que tuviera varias almohadas. Tiene incluido los servicios de piscina de un hotel de playa si fuese necesario. En mi caso lo fue porque no habia playa por sudestada. Queda un poco alejado pero se llega en 10 min en auto.
Destaco la amabilidad de Andy, la chica de recepción!

Cons:

Para ser exigente, el desayuno podria ser un poco mas completo. Estaba bien, pero se podria agregar algunas frutas o mas panes y untables. Se sirve en una cafeteria a 150 mts del hotel.

Hotel con excelente ubicación y atención al cliente
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, los desayunos muy ricos y la piscina en el hotel de playa cómoda para pasar la tarde.
Personal muy amable nuestro vuelo salía en la madrugada y nos dieron desayuno para llevar

La habitación olía un poco a húmedo

Pros:

Acomodação, atendimento, suporte e localização ótimos.

Cons:

A rua da acomodação é bem agitada por ser uma excelente localização, mas acaba sendo muito barulhento por isso.
Poderiam instalar janelas com isolamento acústico, ajudaria muito!

Bene ma da migliorare!
Pros:

Sicuramente posizione centrale ma questo ha i suoi pro e contro. La camera è abbastanza ampia e con l’essenziale.

Cons:

Per una camera di grandi dimensioni il bagno è davvero minuscolo con un lavandino piccolissimo, doccia in cui dai a gomitate e con tenda così da allagare il bagno ad ogni doccia. Sicuramente potrebbero investire in più per migliorare e rendere più funzionali i bagni. Nota importante le finestre, sembrano inesistenti, si sente tutto come se stessi in strada quindi per garantire un alloggio ottimale consiglio vivamente di migliorarle con infissi migliori. La struttura ha potenziale ma questi piccoli dettagli fanno la differenza quando sei in vacanza.

Hotel Ethnic was way better than we expected!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful!!! Location the best for fun, safe night strolling, shopping. Was w 2 young daughters. Felt safe. Staff warm, friendly, helpful. Breakfast nice. You could order/pay for other things if you wanted. Cute cafe/ breakfast place.
Loved the feel and theme of the place.
I read reviews that said hard to find, but no prob. It WAS small entrance. Loved it! Hope to return and stay here again!
Oh, walking to Castile and Getsmani was delightful from this central location. Great food nearby. Lots of art and close to pier to take a boat to an isla.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. But almost expected it in the middle of the walled city.
One thing I wished for was airflow in the room. No circulation. AC was great! But, small smells stayed in room.

Fantástica estancia
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno. El personal fantástico. Además, tuvimos la oportunidad de probar la piscina del hotel que tienen en el centro de Bocagrande, lo que me pareció un detallazo

Pros:

Room was more spacious than I had expected. Great location but not noisy because they have very good isolation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast options. Fast wifi.

Las personas del hotel muy amables y prestas a ayudar

Cons:

Caro y malo:La habitacion sucia, mal distribuida, nada de ventilacion . No hay donde poner nada iba por un evento y ni gancho para poner ropa 2, tuve q pedir al staff silla, ganchos y no hay ni donde colgar o poner ropa . Vi otras habitaciones y bien pero la que me toco la diferencia no era nada en precio y ni un hotel de media estrella tiene tan mala distribucion

Péssimo café da manhã e nenhuma ajuda da recepção para nada. A noite não fica ninguém e não tem pra quem recorrer.

Falta da recepção pois depois das 16 h não fica ninguém no hotel e café da manhã presencial e pra quem sai cedo para ir nos passeios pior ainda

Location is great - the only reason to stay here. Cute little balcony too overlooking the busy street below.

Cons:

Our room was tiny. AC worked well which is good, but the walls in our room were extremely thin meaning you heard every single guest coming home throughout the night. It woke us up many times which is annoying.
