La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la torre de reloj, las murallas, las bóvedas y locales comerciales. Llegué tarde al hotel pero entregan un codigo para entrar. No tuve ningún problema en llegar a la habitación, muy clara las instrucciones. La cama extragrande muy cómoda. El frigobar tenía lo necesario.

Cons:

No me gustó el baño, es muy pequeño e incómodo, sobre todo la ducha, la llave del lavamos estaba suelta, era incómodo abrirla. Cómo es muy céntrico el ruido de la calle era fuerte, me desperté varias veces por el ruido.

La cercanía a todos los puntos turísticos.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tenga personal 24/7, no deberían calificarse como hotel porque no tienen las instalaciones necesarias (ni una pava eléctrica para agua caliente por ejemplo o un café). El desayuno es en un restaurante por fuera y comienza a las 8, punto que no se detalla y complica con actividades que arrancan temprano. No obstante, el personal te deja un desayuno frío la noche anterior. L habitación cumple y la limpieza perfecta.

Interesting stay and location
Pros:

I loved the location, it was in the old town, so you have great view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the balcony, in the day but also in the night.

Cons:

The area feels safe — I could see plenty of police from the balcony. However, it’s also an area where sex workers are quite common. That wouldn’t have been an issue for me, and in a way it was interesting to see this side of Cartagena. The problem was that some guests brought them into the hotel, which led to a lot of noise throughout the night — people coming and going constantly. It became quite disruptive. Because of this, I was also more concerned about the cleanliness of our room, given the surroundings.

Pros:

Location ottima, staff super disponibile e gentile. Camera pulita, fresca grazie al clima, letti comodi, wifi funzionante. In camera c'è anche un frighetto, la doccia ha acqua calda e c'è una bella vista. Colazione ottima e si tiene in un bar a pochi passi da distanza.

Cons:

Tutto okay. Unica nota negativa che personalmente non mi ha toccato è che potrebbe risultare rumoroso durante la notte.

Cons:

Desde las habitaciones se escuchaba todos los ruidos externos y de otras habitaciones. En la madrugada se escuchó que entraron varias veces personas en estado de embriaguez, que hacían mucho ruido. El lugar esta bien, pero lo poco insonora que era la habitación no permitió tener un buen descanso.

La ubicación. Aunque debo aclarar que sólo estuvimos una noche y no puedo establecer una crítica con mucho fundamento.

Riesgo muy ALTO para dormir

Cons:

no hay salida de emergencia, puerta con control eléctrico, no tiene ventilacion por ningún lado estas metido cimo en un container, que peligro y cuarto muy pequeño, es DESESPERANTE dormir así.
La seguridad es primordial en estos servicios, riego alto para personas de la tercera edad, hay que subir dos escaleras muy inclinadad y estrechas, que peligro, mi solicitud averiguen bien para ofrecer estos hoteles.
