What takes the cake is the hosts, when you meet someone with passion for hospitality you'll know you've met Ahmed - welcoming you with wood fire Sinaian tea and filling up your cup whenever it's empty, Tarek will be happy to oblige to any requests you have or don't have, you wouldn't know it when you see him but Hassan makes the best wood fire grilled fish, it's succulent and delicious, and this is coming from me, a fish hater. And Ali is the cutest helper boy you'll ever meet. Forget stores, malls, cars, your busy life - all you'll hear 24/7 is the sound of waves, and in a couple of days it drowns all your thoughts. I've been to a lot of places, but Sinaian generosity blew me away. As the hosts say, "you're home". And you'll feel like you truly are. I started missing the place even before I left.
