Pros:

Es cómodo y la habitación es amplia, con balcón hacia el lago. Tiene rooftop agradable y la ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Mucho ruido al estar en la carretera principal. No me gustó la música alta en el rooftop.
En mi caso particular el control de la ducha estaba roto y no pude usarla

Cons:

Made a reservation in advance, on the day of the check-in they cancelled my reservation through my colleague which had nothing to do with my reservation - I was never formally notified. Offered me a bad hotel next to the airport as the compensation. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Pros:

I mostly appreciated the warm welcome, the kindness and availability as I arrived there late in the evening. Also, I ordered a taxi pick-up last minute when I landed and they provided a driver very fast. Very professional staff members.

Impossible to sleep, defeating the purpose of a hotel
Pros:

The receptionist I had to call several times was responsive and apologetic.

Cons:

Kids running the hallways screaming until midnight, the bar across the street playing music later than that, people arriving and having loud conversations outside of their room, then proceeding to have a party inside of their room. And this is only 2 am, who knows what the rest of the night holds.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep, don’t come here. Although the noise was caused by guests, the hotel certainly amplified it by a total lack of soundproofing and extremely echoey hallways.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Entebbe - nah am Einkaufszentrum und dem botanischen Garten. Seeblick bei unserem Zimmer, wenn es damit sich zur Straße hin lag. Nachts war die Hauptstraße jedoch relativ ruhig.
Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer - sehr komfortabel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Aber das ist in Uganda generell sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Toilettenspülung ging nur einmal. Danach musste man 15 Minuten warten bis genug Wasser nachgelaufen war.
Aber sonst alles TOP!

Le personnel est très réactif, prêt à trouver des solutions. Également souriant. Ce fût très agréable. Un bravo s'impose !!
