Pros:

Le personnel est très réactif, prêt à trouver des solutions. Également souriant. Ce fût très agréable. Un bravo s'impose !!

Best hotel in Entebbe
Pros:

I think it is the best hotel in Entebbe. Excellent room and price. Very close to the two malls, which is very important. Wonderful and helpful staff!

Cons:

A very minor detail which did not affect my staying however. The door of my room wasn't cut in a straight line, which left a very small space at the bottom.

Pros:

Ms Ketra, a brilliant receptionist!, the best of all I met in the last 50 hotels i stayed all over the world!

Cons:

- the rooms are not soundprooved; lot of noise from the hotel corridors;
- the location of the hotel just next to the main and the only road from/to the airport is additional source of the noise;
- exit from the hotel directly to the busy road;
- aesthetics: too much marble and glitter in the hotel lobby.

Slet ikke godt nok til de penge

Ligger godt og centralt. Morgen mad og aftensmad er godt. Deres kaffe er dog forfærdeligt

Cons:

Swimming pool blev fuldstændigt ødelagt da personalet vaskede fliser og gulv så alt snavs og støv fra fliserne blev skyllet direkte ud i poolen. Total ulækkert og uprofessionelt.Poolen var ubehagelig da den var total muddervand. Da jeg havde bestilt hotellet netop fordi de havde en pool måtte vi tage over til et andet hotel og betale for at benytte deres pool. Næste gang vil vi meget hellere benytte Imperial hotel. Samme pris og meget bedre faciliteter og mere proffesionel service.
Deres manager gav intet feedback på status af poolen som var ubehagelig i 2 dage. Selv da den var åben fik vi ikke besked om at den var klar og renset til at den kunne bruges igen. De var fuldstændig ligeglade med at vi slet ikke kunne bruge poolen. Det var det mest skuffende at vi ikke fik en tilbagemelding. Jeg måtte hver dag spørge efter manageren for at få en ordentlig behandling. Han var ikke til rådighed og selv om personalet ringede til ham var han ikke til at træffe. Alt for dyrt sted i forhold til deres faciliteter og service.

Good location, great staff- room rate is a bit too high for what they offer.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly great and did all they could within their means to ensure our stay was good.

Cons:

For the amount they charge it was not worth it. The hot water was limited, the toilet in our room wasn’t flushing well and the place could do with a makeover. I especially did not enjoy their breakfast and I feel they do more with the menu- perhaps more options.
