Good location, great staff- room rate is a bit too high for what they offer.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly great and did all they could within their means to ensure our stay was good.

Cons:

For the amount they charge it was not worth it. The hot water was limited, the toilet in our room wasn’t flushing well and the place could do with a makeover. I especially did not enjoy their breakfast and I feel they do more with the menu- perhaps more options.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at Horizon Entebbe
Pros:

The staff were fantastic from the front counter through to the breakfast staff. They all seem to enjoy their job and it shows they couldn’t do enough for me. Walter and Ketra were exceptional and I will have the pleasure in seeing them and the other staff when I fly to Kenya in 16 days time. The location is excellent close to the International airport the Conservation park (zoo) it’s definitely not a zoo, I don’t really enjoy zoos but this is amazing and a shopping mall with a big supermarket.

Good for a short and close to the airport
Pros:

Perfect location, close to the airport, beaches, and within walking distance of a shopping mall. The breakfast had a lot of variety. There is hot food, ugandan food, continental breakfast, fresh fruit, tea, coffee.

Cons:

It is expensive for what you get. The pool is quite small, and I actually had to move rooms because there was no water in the first one they gave me.

Pros:

I had a lovely stay. The reception staff were consistently kind (notably Ketra), welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended.
