Absolute relaxation with stunning views!
Pros:

Loved everything about White Pearl Cavalieri! It was exactly what we needed to relax after 4 weeks on the go around Europe. As soon as we arrived we knew we’d made the right choice - Joanna is an absolute star, she greeted us and made us feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so beautiful - the king bed was super comfortable, the best we’d slept in for our whole 5 week trip. Private pool was fabulous, just the right temperature. The restaurant food was incredible, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the view of the Caldera was AMAZING!! Cannot recommend this place highly enough - treat yourself & stay here! 10/10 🌟

Skyline dalla piscina a sfioro da sogno , soprattutto al magico tramonto, staff molto cortese

Cons:

Gradibile la dotazione di accappatoi in aggiunta ai teli da bagno, soprattutto per la piscina all’aperto alla sera, considerato il vento.

Superb
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the main part of Imerovigli but nice and quiet. The hotel is lovely with really lovely staff. Joanna was so attentive and helpful with arranging things and offering suggestions for nice restaurants and things to do to make the most of our visit. The room we stayed in was amazing, clean and very comfortable. We loved the facilities and the private pool. The views from the restaurant are great for sunset viewing on a good day and the food was delicious for breakfast. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back here if ever on Santorini in the future!

Great and hospitable staff! Great views and an excellent breakfast! A little off the road for those who don’t want to be crowded too much. Quick walking access to Imerovigli. In optimal spot to access rest of the island. 😊 Thank you!

Cons:

No dislikes corresponding to the hotel itself. In general moving inside the island can tough at times (a lot of climbing with pathways, busy traffic and crowded busses).

Could have been better.
Pros:

Incredible views, of course and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

A fair warning to anyone booking: the Vinsanto room’s pool and patio aren’t very “private”. They do a good job hiding that fact in the photos, but the entire area is overlooked by the hotel’s restaurant. It’s very strange. We were pretty disappointed by this. The staff did offer a room change, but it would not have a view- most of the reason why we booked here.

A few other “Nitpicky” things that we found annoying for a “5 star” hotel.
-Several towels were stained or frayed
-Our toilet seat was broken, as was the shower drain.
-They only provided 1 bottle of water for the whole stay. Also only 2 coffee pods per night. It just felt cheap.
-We never received our welcome bottle of wine that was listed in the room description. Again, all small stuff but we had higher expectations for the price we paid.
