1. Unclear offer: All the pictures on the website showed a cabin and none showed appropriate pictures for each alternative
2. The property lacks a well equipped website.
3. The online offer said "Deluxe Bungalow". We were given a tiny room the size of 1/3 of a metal container. This would have been fine if they had given the right description showing pictures and actual size.
4. We never saw the term "Glamping" until we got to the property. The online offer never used that term. They referred to a "Deluxe Bungalow"
5. The toilet had a leak underneath which you could see on the floor and generated a bad odor.
6. The heater was so bright that we could not sleep. There are small heaters in the market which are 1/3 the size, they rotate, have an automatic shut-off feature, and give out no light. They are only $20 or less in the US and would be perfect for those tiny rooms. We eventually shut it off, but initially we were not sure if needed to leave it on to avoid getting too cold.
7. There was not a clear sign on the road, and so the bus driver drove by the property and missed it. We had to find transportation from the town of Berlin back to the property. There is a big sign on the top of the hill but is not easily seen from the road.
8. Waiters were very polite and friendly. They just need to be trained to check back every so often with the guests to see if additional needs arrive or the check is needed. They would do a great job bringing the food promptly, but then they would disappear.
9. The bright colors of the containers ("Deluxe Bungalows"). With such an outstanding view of the mountain and landscape, these bright colors bring down the magic of the beautiful setting. Mountain tones would be ideal and more relaxing. Not a big deal, just sharing what we felt.
10. Massage bed needs to have the opening for the face down. It's more relaxing.
La experiencia, conexión con la naturaleza. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno, superabundante. El POD muy buena experiencia, algo diferente.
Cafetería cierra muy temprano (6:00) y solo abre los fines de semana. Nos hizo falta un café o otra bebida caliente después de las 6:00pm.
El clima agradable y los paisajes muy bonitos.
La comida, muy mala para el precio de cobran en ese restaurante, el desayuno incluido ni se diga, qué cosa tan espantosa y tan poco propicia, por el precio del alojamiento deberían mejorar las condiciones para los huéspedes ampliar la oferta de comida y mejorarla, porque los precios elevados para la calidad que ofrecen.
Por otra parte la utileria de la habitación, el colchón incómodo hundido en la mitad no se duerme bien.
El sitio como tal es muy bonito, la interacción con animales domésticos, el paisaje ayudan a relajación. Solo hace falta sederos en placa sobre todo para el desplazamiento de personas mayores , coches de niños y transporte de equipaje Además en la noche hay zonas muy oscuras . El lago pereciera que le hace falta oxigenación y se ve como agua estancada.
Que no exista servicio más personalizado.
Lo mejor del lugar es el paisaje y la tranquilidad.
La Cena muy regular, en general la comida fría y dura en especial las papas a la francesa.

La cama era muy incómoda, el colchón se hundía y las almohadas parecían de mala calidad. No había jabón en los baños, ni siquiera para lavarse las manos.
