Nicht das Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie erhalten. Die Erklärung dazu erschien zweifelhaft.

Die Lage und der Innenhof

Cons:

Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie erhalten und wir wurden auch nicht beim Check in darauf hingewiesen. Auf erste Nachfrage hieß es dann zunächst, die anderen Zimmer seien ausgebucht und auf weitere Nachfrage, wie das sein könne, hieß es dann plötzlich, im anderen Zimmer sei das Bad kaputt. Uns kam das wie eine Ausrede vor.

Que esté cerca a la playa

Cons:

La TV muy antigua , el agua del baño salada ( eso que me e quedado en 2 hoteles en el mismo lugar y el otro si tenía agua potable), se demoran en entregarme mi factura, ya 72h y no me llega

Pros:

Idéalement situé , à 2 pas de la plage , un jardin qui donne la fraîcheur ,
Une terrasse avec cuisine .
Chambre très ensoleillé .
Isidro , le monsieur qui fait tout dans cet hôtel à été très accueillant et chaleureux 😊

Cons:

Problème de wifi qui ne fonctionnait que dans le comedor , au fond du jardin alors que notre chambre était au 3eme .
Difficile pour aller sur internet depuis la chambre où la terrasse 😉
La propriétaire était désolée et a juste fait un petit geste (-5 soles sur le total qui était de 3 nuits pour moi et 4 nuits pour mon amie )
C’est dommage .
