Incredibly helpful team!
Pros:

Really helpful team. The lady who checked me out went to the trouble or ordering me a car to Minca and then calling the driver to make sure I got there safely. The hotel itself is clean and as described in the listing! Very comfortable stay!

Nada porque este hotel 10 minutos antes de mi llegada, me llamo para decirme que había una equivocacion por parte del personal y que mi reserva que ya habia Sido confirmada, se la habían dado a otro huésped! Oh sorpresa!
