O quarto é limpo
O atendimento é ruim, os funcionários não são cordiais, um simples pedido de segunda chave do quarto vira uma desconfiança que te faz parecer um criminoso. Isso aconteceu por 2x com pessoas diferentes. Estão sempre de cara fechada, sem sorrir e falam muito pouco. Quando abrem a boca é sempre com palavras secas e grossas. A experiência não foi boa e nesse hotel eu não volto mais. Além disso, estacionamento pago, 23 dólares por dia, existem outras opções bem melhores na região.

L’accueil est plus que moyen. J’ai du demandé par 2x un lit parapluie et je dérangeais.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, la piscine était fermé pour rénovation, le petit déjeuner n’était pas fameux (fruits pas bon, pas de yaourt nature et pain de mie à l’anis, qui mange ça ?).
La chambre était propre mais mon dieuuuuu le bruit de la ventilation était infernale. Nous avons choisit de l’éteindre et le bruit dans le conduit des ventilations des autres chambres étaient encore piiiire. Avoir chaud ou bien dormir avec le bruit d’un métro… que choisir ? Mon coeur balance.
Aucune insonorisation des chambres, chaque personne sortant de sa chambre claquait sa porte avec la même intensité que si c’était la notre.
Je n’ai rien dit à l’accueil le lendemain matin car on ne m’a rien demandé et au vu de l’accueil la veille, je ne souhaitais pas avoir de mauvaises réactions de leur part en plus d’une mauvaise nuit.
Pour 270€, c’est tout de même un comble.

I stayed 3 days and there wasn't housekeeping service at all for the 3 days.
Near MIA airport, free shuttle. Got a good rest before more travel next morning.
Food in the restaurant and snacks in the “shop” were overinflated prices (worse than the airport venues).
