Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. En pleno corazón de Neiva. El balcón en el quinto piso ofrece una vista espectacular de la plaza principal.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son menos lujosas de lo que yo esperaba. El aire acondicionado no enfria lo suficiente. No se ofrece servicio de parqueadero. De todas maneras, el bajo precio de la estancia compensa lo descrito anteriormente.
