Great located apartment and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Excellent help from the staff Katerina who ensured a smooth check in/ check out process. We were able to check out a bit later upon request. The beds were super comfortable and the aircon was so good after being out in the sun all day. Really convenient location.

Cons:

It was very bright overnight and in the morning as there was no curtain on the door window which meant the street light or natural light wasn’t able to be blocked while asleep. We also didn’t get any hot water in the morning so it was a bit cool but not a huge issue.

Great location, host and room!
Pros:

Simple and clean in a great location. Easy access to Fira town and bus stops. Host was super nice, helpful, quick to respond and friendly. We loved our stay would definitely recommend

Huge, clean and newer unit with a lot of space great for large families.
Pros:

This place is new and spacious and clean. Good air conditioning in every room was wonderful. It was the largest property we stayed in for our family of 7.

Cons:

Not having at least some toilet paper to start is a huge nuisance. We were only there two nights so trying to figure out where to buy toilet paper was an annoying chore on vacation. The location is okay but you will definitely do a lot of walking up and down hill. The property itself also has a set of stairs you have to climb to get up to.

The room is nice and close to everything. The lady was very helpful with our check out and gave some useful information.

I am sensitive to the noise. The road was a little noisy in the morning but not a big deal

Pros:

The host was exceptionally nice. The electricity was out at 11 PM. I texted her and she responded right away and get it fixed quickly. She was very responsive and ready to help. She arrange transportation to pick us up and take us to the airport. She recommended places to visit and to eat. She even allow all of us to extended our check out time in one room until we leave for airport at 4 PM. I am very grateful and very happy with the service. The location is excellent, so close to everything and very convenience.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location, caring host! Was a very warm welcome and all went smoothly. Brand new , clean rooms in a quiet area with great views from the window.
