Der Aufenthalt entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch der sehr entgegenkommende und professionelle Service: Das Hotel hat kulant reagiert und uns den Betrag problemlos zurückerstattet. Motel Plus Schönefeld is a wonderful place
Pros:

I was delighted with the services at Motel Plus Schönefeld. I booked Motel Plus Schönefeld as an emergency accommodation at 19.30 on 31st December 2025. It was New Year's night, and I did not hope to book a good hotel.
Surprisingly, I booked Motel Plus Schönefeld via Booking.com in minutes. The price was only 80 euros.
It was an automated check-in, and I got my card (the key) from the machine.
The room was large, with wonderful beds, a large window and TV. In the corner was a kitchen unit with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery, a dinner table with two chairs, and a sofa with a coffee table.
I spent a night in a wonderful room.
In the morning, I called a taxi to go to the airport. I paid only 10 euros for the taxi to the airport.
When I go to Berlin the next time, I will definitely stay at the Motel Plus Schönefeld. I will also recommend it to my family, friends and colleagues

Cons:

I could not find any faults.

Cons:

The card dispensing machine is a disaster! This is the second time (the same problem occurred last year) that I've entered the code received in the email, and the machine says there's no such reservation!!! I struggled for an hour in the freezing cold, and only a lady from the helpline was able to help me – the machine finally issued the card when I selected the "lost card - reissue" option. I urge the hotel to hire IT specialists and fix the software – it's unacceptable that you stand there with your suitcases, enter the code, and the machine displays nonsense.

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Motel Plus Schönefeld. The accommodation was outstanding — very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It was a perfect choice for our basketball team, offering everything we needed for a pleasant and practical stay.

One of the great advantages is that the hotel building includes a large supermarket where you can find absolutely everything you might need. There is also the Casa Lia restaurant on site, which was ideal for dinner and very convenient after a long day.

We would especially like to praise the hotel staff for their honesty and professionalism. They found and safely kept a wallet that we had lost, which we were able to collect later on our return. This gesture truly made our experience even more positive.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Room wasn’t heated enough, hot water pressure was so little I had to wash dishes in cold, showering wasn’t a pleasure as well. I also noticed that the couch was a bit dirty. Definitely overpriced for the standard.
