Pros:

We definitely felt welcomed as we were met by the staff at the building main door at our very late arrival. The apartment was bigger than we thought, super clean, very comfortable bed, quiet during the day, super quiet during the night and at a 1 minute walk from Tempio di Apollo. We definitely recommend this place and we would stay again. The place exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

Das 45 Quadratmeter große Apartment liegt mitten im Zentrum in einer ruhigen fußgängerstraße ohne Touristen. Das Gebäude ist alt doch die Ausstattung modern und vor kurzem erneuert. Alles wirkt sehr übersichtlich und elegant. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

In größerer Kleiderschrank wäre nicht schlecht. Platz dafür ist reichlich vorhanden.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato alla Corinzia, mi sono trovata bene. Ho scelto il piano terra perché era comodo per le valigie. Era molto pulito e curato nei dettagli, la cucina è completa di tutto, macchina del caffè, bollitore, microonde. All' ultimo piano, c'è un' incantevole terrazza con dei divanetti dove ho consumato un aperitivo al tramonto. La zona è centralissima, servita da supermercati, ristoranti, farmacie e, a pochi passi il mercato locale dove si può acquistare di tutto. Spero di tornare presto, soprattutto per la gentilezza dello staff , che mi ha dato consigli utilissimi e sono stati sempre carini durante la permanenza presso la Corinzia. Assolutamente consigliata !

Pros:

Tutto molto carino, il locale davvero elegante e confortevole con tutti i confort. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di rosè in cucina, al nostro arrivo e acqua e due lattine di bibite gia fredde in frigo. Nino è un padrone di casa eccellente e molto solare. E' stato un piacere consocerti.

Cons:

L'unico appunto alla struttura è che, essendo sulla strada, la notte si sente completamente tutto, dai passanti, ai motorini e la mattina, tutti i servizi di pulizia del comune. Il saabto mattina passa il vetro, attenzione e passa prestissimo. MA a parte questo nulla da eccepire.

Sehr schöne neu renovierte Unterkunft in optimaler Lage. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, aber etwas unangenehm zu erreichen, da man durch die Wohnung der Besitzer gehen muss.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Küchemzeile. Der Hausherr war persönlich anwesend, eine willkommene Abwechslung zum häufigen unpersönlichen, elektronischen Einchecken bei Ferienwohnungen. Wir erhielten hilfreiche Informationen und Tipps, am Tisch und am Küchenschrank waren Kaffee, Tee, Obst, Kekse und sogar eine Flasche Wein zur freien Verfügung.

Incredible central spot to explore Ortgia!
Pros:

Amazing location, quiet but very centrally located! Very clean and comfortable apartment for a couple. The top terrace was beautiful, especially with the complimentary Prosecco. Host recommendations were fantastic for local cafe and food options as well!

Cons:

The bed was slightly uncomfortable (for a side sleeper who prefers a softer mattress) and the sheets seemed not to fit very well. Minor details to an amazing stay!
