Accoglienza calorosa. Appartamento ottimo, grande, calmo e pulito. Centralissimo.

Accoglienza calorosa. Appartamento pulito, grande e funzionale. Silenzioso. Bevande offerte, già in frigo. Il personale reperibile e gentile.

Cons:

L'orario di check-out a mio avviso é molto presto (10h am) e poco flessibile. Inoltre, consiglierei di avere un ombrellone da spiaggia (anche quelli a 10 euro) per appartamento. Sarebbero molto utili ed apprezzati dagli ospiti, credetemi :-)

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Küche hätte ein klein wenig besser aus gestattet sein können. Es fehlte ein Geschirrtuch und ein Schneidebrett.

En pleno centro de Ortigia, pero silencioso.

La ubicación, en el centro histórico (Ortigia) y la comodidad de la cama.

Cons:

Hubo una pequeña confusión: en la descripción se mencionan dos camas y una de ellas es un sofá. Tiene aspecto de ser nuevo y el dueño nos aseguró que era muy cómodo, cosa que no dudamos, pero siempre me cuesta encontrar alojamiento porque descarto los sofá-cama para que todo el mundo esté igual de cómodo. Además, ambas camas están en el mismo espacio y quizá en las fotos da la impresión de que no es así. El dueño nos ofreció otro apartamento más y nos hizo un descuento, así que se pudo solucionar el problema enseguida. Pero es cierto que llegamos muy cansados, nos costó encontrar aparcamiento y no contábamos con esa dificultad añadida. Solo se trata de que la descripción esté lo más ajustada a la realidad que sea posible. Por lo demás, ningún problema, todo bien y el dueño, muy receptivo.

Lieu idéal au calme et proche de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Ortigia

L’accueil par un être humain DARIO et non une boîte à code. Coca et eau fraîche dans le frigo, une bouteille de proseco, des bons petits gâteaux…. Tout l’immeuble a été restauré et tout est de qualité autant dans les parties communes qu’à l’intérieur de l’appartement

Modern, clean property in great location on Ortigia
Pros:

Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We arrived early and were grateful we could store our bags until the room was ready. The property was spotless and very modern. Everything worked well. Water pressure in shower was strong as was the WIFI. The location was ideal. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony.

Favourite place in Italy. Perfect location and large spacious room.

Amazing location in Ortigia - walking distance to everything. Great view from the little balcony up the alley. Large room and great kitchen facilities with full sized fridge. Just perfect.

A very good and comfortable stay. Would be happy to return
Pros:

We stayed on the 1st floor and were met at the apartment by the owner who was very helpful, showed us round and showed us how everything worked. He also gave us directions to the nearest supermarket and the bus stop to the archeological sites.
The location was excellent, in a small street just off the main shopping street and just a short walk onto the island, close to all Ortigia has to offer.
This was a 1 bed apartment so no breakfast was provided but we had a small kitchen with a large fridge so had the facilities to make our own breakfast. There were plenty of breakfast places nearby if you preferred.
The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and there was a space with a table to sit at in the bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There was also access to a communal outside terrace area with table and chairs if you wanted to sit outside. There was a TV but only with Italian channels.

Cons:

It was bit noisy from the passing of people & mopeds in the street, and also from people going up and down the communal staircase, if you are a light sleeper this was easily fixed by closing the bedroom door at night.

The room was located centrally in the town, was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The host was very kind and accommodating. I saw him a few times with his family around, and he seemed like a very kind and genuine host. Would stay again.

Nothing bad. The room was very good for our needs.
