The staff were so helpful
1. It wasn’t clean enough, from bathroom to bedroom.
2. The bedsheets were not clean enough .
3. The location is so noisy which makes it very hard to sleep during night.
4. It’s a tall building with 4-5F yet they don’t have lift/elevator.
I think they have some strange customer care team ,he speaks weirdly on phone they never picked my 8 missed calls I was stranded upto 1.00am.thatnis when they sent me a pin the hotel is hard to track and trace

The fridge had fungus in it. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. Mattress was not comfortable. Location was noisy making rest difficult.
I stayed in a studio room at an airport hotel in Entebbe and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable double bed, a working table, a leather seat, and a cozy TV area. The carpeted floor added a nice touch of warmth and comfort. One of the highlights was the incredible view from the room—overlooking the city, nearby mountains, and a peaceful village setting.
Breakfast was included and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was fresh, well-prepared, and had a good variety to choose from—perfect to start the day. The hotel offers both comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice whether you’re stopping over or spending a few days in Entebbe.
The staff is kind, professional, and flexible because my work schedule is very flexible. The location is good. If business goes well, I will be back over and over again - and will recommend it to my associates in nearby areas.
