Værelset var super flot og stilfuldt. Der var rent og pænt. Ligger helt fantastisk i forhold til den gamle bydel. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme.

Die tolle Dachterrasse könnte mit Sitzgelegenheit noch toller sein. Parken ist schwierig, am besten Parkhaus ansteuern nach Entladen.
Great location in a charming alley in the old town. Loved the balcony which had a nice sea view. Room is nice and clean. Comfy bed. No complaints.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten eines mit Balkon – sehr empfehlenswert.

The breakfast had plenty of variety & was tasty.
Casa Modiano is a great place to stay for a few days visit to Chania. Its very close to the old harbour situated in a smart street just a few steps away from the more crowded areas. There are a few hotels, and bars and boutiques as well as local shops and the lovely Kormoranos local bakery/cafe right outside. The rooms are high quality and very comfortable, albeit compact, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast is provided across the street in the El Greco Hotel and it was very good.
If you have a room at the front with a tiny balcony then there's bound to be a little noise from the street below at night, especially as local people tend to sit and chat outside the cafe below - but it wasn't all that disturbing

The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

A wonderful breakfast is served in the hotel opposite (literally 10 paces away!!) with everything you could possibly want to eat, both hot and cold.

The comfortable bed, extra space with a living room. Very quiet street, and close to harbour. Extremely helpful stall and Eleanor was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Breakfast across the road was self service and the food was average and cooked food was warm at best. Staff were helpful and friendly. Charged 5 euros for losing a key despite a broken chair which wasn’t replaced. 10% discount in neighbouring restaurant not given

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, a perfect location, very comfortable beds, and absolutely delicious breakfasts! I would definitely recommend it :))
Unfortunately, our apartment had only one small ceiling window, which meant there was very little natural light and it was quite difficult to air out the room.
It would also be wonderful if there could be a small bench or a couple of chairs on the terrace for guests to use.
