If you’re coming the Crete and chania this is the best place to stay
Pros:

Everything wads amazing, perfect hotel if staying in chania, host and cleaner both super friendly, and restraint used for breakfast only 100 m away

Great location
Pros:

Mrs. Anna, the housekeeper was pleasant and accommodating.
The location was wonderful.

Cons:

I specifically requested twin beds as l was travelling with my adult son. The request was approved however not done . When l asked why l received this messsge "Good afternoon.
Regarding your request, the beds could normally be separated, but at the moment there’s a top mattress (topper) on them that we can’t remove.
For your comfort, we’ve prepared the bed with two individual sheets so it’s more convenient for two people.
Thank you so much for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy a pleasant stay.". After l insisted that this was not acceptable Mrs. Anna was sent to rectify the situation. Not a good first impression of management.

Pros:

Lekker ontbijt. Mooi gerenoveerde kamer. Prima voor 1 nacht , maar niet voor langer omdat we geen vensters hadden in de kamer. Uitstekende ligging in de oude stad.

Exceptionally stylish and welcoming
Pros:

The staff and the place were very efficient and welcoming. A wonderful place to stay and also the breakfasts offered were delicious with excellent and friendly customer service. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay in this very well renovated Venetian mansion.

Pros:

I liked the hospitality at the facility, and the management was always responsive to my requests. They were so kind to even provide me breakfast in my room since I had early sessions for my conferences. I will strongly recommend.

An elegant hotel and excellent staff, but not ideal for a couple.
Pros:

We were very well taken care of by the management, who were responsive and immediately helpful whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was delicious. The interior design of the building is modern and elegant, and the room had a big bed and large windows and a little balcony overlooking the charming street. The location is right in the heart of old town Chania, but avoids the crowds around the harbour.

Cons:

The room (deluxe double with sea view) is very pretty but rather small, and is better suited for one person, but not really adequate for two people with a moderate amount of luggage and clothing. There was limited space (and hangars) to hang shirts and pants, and that was on an exposed rake rather than a closet or armoir. Only one towel bar in the shower area to hang a bath towel, and so the other towel had to be hung in the bedroom. The sink was in the room, and again, no towel bar for the hand towel. We had to do a lot of improvising!
