A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par un homme, qui n’était pas l’hôte. C’est en fait une maison d’habitation et non un Hostel.

Tout est très sale, la chambre n’était pas nettoyée, n’avait pas la Clim ni fenêtre (comme il était indiqué sur Booking).

Il y avait des cheveux, poils, tâches marrons sur les draps. Tout était poussiéreux et avec des crottes de souris sur la table de nuit, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas alors qu’elle donne à 1m de la porte d’entrée, et donc sur la rue. 0 sécurité.

Nous avons négocié pour que la chambre soit nettoyée ou qu’on nous fasse un geste commercial mais il a été très dur de communiquer avec l’hôte par téléphone (non présente), qui s’est excusée mais n’a pas trouvé de réelles solutions.

Nous avons donc passé l’après-midi à chercher un autre hôtel en urgence, et ça nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher que prévu.

De plus quand nous sommes revenus prendre nos sacs, la chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée.

Pour finir, les deux employés se sont moqués de nous quand nous sommes partis.

Bref, à fuir !

La chambre sans fenêtre , le sentiment qu’on nous courre après pour payer alors qu’il est très compliqué de le faire sans liquide ..

This home stay is run by a mother and daughter.When we arrived, I noticed the kitchen wasn't clean at all. (See the pictures.)
We had 2 rooms, the one on the ground floor did not have AC and lots of bugs. No cleaning was done during our stay, not in the rooms and not in the house. On our second morning, we left for a tour, and when we returned, the house was locked up, and we had no way to get in. We were very muddy and dirty from our tour, so we waited outside the house.( see picture)We called and texted, but it took 4 hours for someone to answer. It turned out that the mother had left to take her brother to the hospital far awayand stay overnight, and the daughter had gone to visit a friend in a different town and decided to stay the night. So there was no one there to let us in or cook dinner. A neighbour finally arrived to open the door, but we had literally been waiting outside for over 4 hours at that point. They said sorry, it was a family emergency etc.and a miscommunication between the mother and daughter, but it really sucked not being able to get inside and shower. We had asked for dinner at the house at 7pm but there was no one there to cook and the kitchen was too big a mess for us to try so we went out for dinner..(we were reimbursed for the dinner out).The booking was for breakfast and dinner, the food wasn't that great and I was worried about the dirty kitchen.
Overal it was a very expensive stay for a very low quality experience.
There was never any drinking water for the guests, you had to go and buy it yourself. I'm fine paying for my water but most places we have stayed at have a mini fridge for the guests that is stocked and you just pay for what you use. Here, there was not even a welcome drink or a bottle of water in the room.
Nuqui is a great place to visit but pick somewhere else to stay.
