Alojamiento impecable, cama muy cómoda, muy buen trato del personal, ubicación excelente

Cons:

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, me tocó una cerca a la recepción y se escuchó ruido durante toda la noche y la madrugada.

L'accueil chaleureux

Cons:

L'hôtel est extrêmement bruyant, il est pratiquement impossible de dormir.
La vestusté de l'établissement et de la chambre, les photos ne sont pas représentatives ( pas de climatisation, bruit des aerions, insonorisation inexistante.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, dans une rue dangereuse après 19h.

Pros:

El personal de la recepción ha sido muy amable. Han respondido a todas mis cuestiones de forma rápida no sólo a través de Booking, sino también a través de Whatsapp. Se encuentra en una localización muy central de Armenia. Llegamos muy temprano al hotel, hacia las 7:30 de la mañana, y al tener disponibilidad no tuvieron ningún problema en darnos la habitación con tanta antelación a la hora oficial de check-in. Esto es algo que no todos los hoteles están dispuestos a hacer.

Cons:

La ventana de la habitación da al hall interior del hotel, por lo que toda la actividad y ruido se oye.
La habitación dispone de muy pocos enchufes. La nevera estaba situada en un lugar donde no había ninguno, por lo que tuvimos que moverla al lugar donde estaba el televisor. O enchufaba la nevera, o el televisor, o cargaba el móvil, pero todo a la vez no era posible.

el uso del parqueadero, queda a dos cuadras del hotel y fuera de eso solo le responden por el paqueo nocturno el resto de tiempo es por cuenta del usuario, publicidad engañosa.

Excelente servicio
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El personal estuvo siempre dispuesto a atender nuestras necesidades. La limpieza fue impecable, la habitación muy cómoda y la iluminación espectacular. Bastante recomendable. Calificación 10 de 10.
