Pros:

Fantastická kuchyně a personál v restauraci. Ochota recepce poněkud vlažná.

Cons:

Během pobytu se měnily elektr. zámky. V noci jsme zůstali po koncertě venku v mrazu. Obsluha reagovala až po hodině.
Nejlépe hodnotíme ochoto pomocného personálu /nějaký srb /- velmi vstřícný !

Würden wir jederzeit wieder so buchen!
Pros:

Lage super, leider konnten wir die Vorzüge wetterbedingt nicht so richtig ausnutzen;
Zum Frühstück hätten wir Buffet (für ausgewählte Produkte vorhanden) bevorzugt, aber man konnte alles bestellen und die frisch zubereiteten Eier- und sonstigen Speisen waren vorzüglich und exquisit angerichtet;
Ich habe selten sooo guten Kaffee getrunken!
Unbedingt den SPA-Bereich ausprobieren, hat uns hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Übersichtlichkeit extrem gut gefallen

Cons:

Gästekarte erst auf Nachfrage, als es für uns schon zu spät war; Wenn man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt (z.B. Bus nach Salzburg, Haltestelle direkt am Hotel) macht sich das bemerkbar, da diese mit Gästekarte umsonst sind; aber ist wahrscheinlich in hochpreisigen Hotels eher marginal

Meravigliosa atmosfera calda e in stile sia delle camere che dei vari angoli della struttura con stube accese e fiori freschi sui tavoli, davanzali, tavolino a fare da cornice agli scorci sul lago dalle finestre bianche e dalle vetrate che racchiudono la struttura. Accoglienza impeccabile. SPA Wowwww.
