Pros:

Effektiv nichts.

Cons:

Kalt, unbeheizt, extremst hellhörig, lautes italienisches Fernsehen, ultra klein und eng, völlig überaltert und kaum noch bewohnbar. Noch nie sowas schlimmes angetroffen, nichtmal im untersten Rom zu bruchteiles des Preises.

Diese Unterkunft ist nur bedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Nicht viel. Die Toilette war derart nah an Wand und Heizung montiert, dass ein vernünftiger Sitz nicht möglich war. Der Fernsehempfang funktionierte nicht. Als man die Gastgeberin darauf ansprach, sagte sie nur genervt, dass das Gerät schon lange nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die Gaststätte ist lange nicht mehr in Betrieb und Frühstück gab es auch nicht. In der ganzen Umgebung gab es keine Gastronomie, sodass wir uns im nahegelegenen Supermarkt bedienen mussten.

Cons:

Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die betagte Gastgeberin Geld einnehmen will, aber den Service am Gast so gering wie möglich halten möchte. Schlüsselübergabe und ein paar Sätze als „Willkommenskultur“ waren alles. Lieber nicht noch einmal . . .

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice location in beautiful countryside. Nicely made beds and quite pretty room.

Cons:

Old decaying house with low standard. Looks like neither inside nor outside has been maintained for many years.

Very unpleasant, not a family place to stay
Pros:

Well, nothing I imagined!

Cons:

Small of smoke all over of our rooms as people smoked just outside, not enough kitchen facilities like microwave and we had to ask for kettle to make tea, no change of bedding and I had to ask for towels as one set of towels was given, also they charged us to use the washing machine and dishwasher was broken, no fan or air conditioning no ironing board and iron.
I asked for change of bedding and they told me we change the bedding every 5 nights and we are not in Hilton hotel, basically we would have been better off staying in the camp side.
If I could ask for my money back, I would

Not a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The outside area was nice and the lady who welcomed us and let us in was nice too although we couldn’t communicate properly with the same language.

Cons:

It seemed that the room has been vacant for long time as you could see the dust over the tv box , the tea organiser was very old and also you could smell the damp when entering the building.
The shower was terrible! It was closing with a shower curtain only and no door was fitted so it wasn’t easy to shower as we were traveling with 2 boys and also the curtain was sticking to our body as the ventilation was working at the same time… absolutely awful! The price for the room with such facilities seemed very unfair .

Great value near Lake Constance
Pros:

Location was near a bus stop and good value for money. Owner informed me in advance that the restaurant was closed. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The first morning the staff was speaking very lovely in the hall and woke me up. There are no restaurants in the town when the restaurant in the hotel is closed. The property, especially the shared bathroom, needs updating.
