Pros:

La SPA, massaggi compresi. La posizione per chi arriva/parte da EL DORADO e il comodissimo shuttle da e per l’aeroporto. Camera ampia e moderna. Consiglio adesione al CLUB per ottima colazione e spuntino/cena serale

Un agréable et super séjour
Pros:

Tout dans l’établissement est super et fais en sorte t’as passé un très bon séjour, même si j’y ai assez journée qu’une seule nuit, le personnel est aimable et très réactif Hotel que je recommande vivement à Bogotá

Me sentí muy bien atendida por el personal , súper amables y atentos con lo que necesitaba .
Pros:

la atención del personal estuvo excelente

Cons:

la habitación no estuvo tan equipada ni espaciosa para guardar ropa en el armario y no había una mini refri para los líquidos.

Sehr professionel. Konstenloser Shuttle zum Flughafen im 30 min Takt. Sehr gutes Früstück, sehr gutes Bett.
Avianca nutzt das Hotel nucht umsonst.

Cons:

Hörbarer Fluglärm. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

El desayuno tiene gran variedad de opciones, además los productos son de muy buena calidad y el personal está muy atento a tus necesidades. Recomiendo también el almuerzo en el restaurante la chimenea y el club del piso 10

Cons:

La limpieza del jacuzzi, el día martes 11 que estuvimos entre las 10 am y 12 m estaba muy sucio, cosa que no pasaba con la piscina que sí estaba en excelentes condiciones de limpieza al igual que el sauna y el turco.

Al llegar no estaba disponible habitación solicitada y reservada con antelación ,explicación de la persona responsable ,sobrevendido ???se solucionó problema al exigir solución ,pero este tipo de situaciones no deben ni pueden ocurrir
