Séjour assez décevant dans cet hôtel. La piscine intérieure était agréable en apparence, mais l’eau était beaucoup trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Concernant l’espace sauna, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une situation gênante avec des clients entièrement nus qui pensaient être seuls, ce qui a créé un certain malaise. Attention aux miroirs…. Ce sont des fenêtres de chambres !

La chambre présentait plusieurs désagréments : la porte laissait passer la lumière du couloir toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil difficile. De plus, il manquait des ampoules et la salle d’eau n’était pas correctement équipée.

Le calme n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous. Des personnes se sont baignées dans la piscine vers 4 h du matin en faisant beaucoup de bruit, et dès 6 h 30, le nettoyage de la piscine a commencé, ce qui a été particulièrement dérangeant.

Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement manque d’attention au confort et à la tranquillité des clients. C’est dommage, car avec une meilleure gestion des équipements et du respect des horaires de repos, l’expérience pourrait être nettement améliorée.

Fantastische locatie met mooie kamers

Kamer was fantastisch, zeer mooi, goed bed, hotelzit op een fantastische locatie midden in het centrum, omringt door meerdere goede restaurants, ook het restaurant van het hotel zelf is mooi en goed, parkeergelegenheid is dicht in de buurt,

Cons:

Ontbijt is vanaf 7:30 , het is geen ontbijt buffet maar je kunt meerdere soorten ontbijt in het restaurant bestellen, als het druk is bij het ontbijt(en dat is het elke ochtend) dan moet je enige tijd wachten, deze word dan klaar gemaakt, dit is als je als zakelijke gast verblijft vrij laat, wel kan een meeneem ontbijt met wat broodjes de avond vantevoren besteld worden,

Heel vriendelijk onthaal mooie receptie

Cons:

Voor mij ergens de kamer wanneer ik het bekijk als drie sterren oke maar dan is het veel te duur je moet voor je ontbijt ook nog tussen de 15 en ongeveer 25 euro betalen per persoon dan kom je al vlug aan 400 euro en meer voor twee nachten.
En 4 sterren is het zeker niet waard
Maar al bij al toch een paar mooie dagen gehad
Goes is zeker een bezoek waard
