Pros:

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Le personnel est super sympa.
La chambre était spacieuse, mais l’éclairage n’était pas très bon.

Les photos ne sont pas vraiment à jour : on voit que l’hôtel a vieilli, donc j’étais un peu déçue.

Cons:

Mauvais éclairage de la chambre.
La robinetterie et la douche auraient aussi besoin d’être renouvelées.

Beautiful hotel, lots of comfort and very close to Guatape and the big rock.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool area was great and the views were glorious. The friendly staff didn't speak English and our Spanish was pretty poor but real efforts were made and we managed to communicate really well. Thank you for that!

Cons:

The only down side was that the weather wasn't quite good enough to enjoy the fabulous pool area.

El olor en las habitaciones a humedad, las toallas con machas de humedad, el corte de agua en las habitaciones, el acceso por carretera a pie es un poco peligroso.

Si bé l ubicacio es immillorable,les habitacions deixen molt baix la seva categoria.dintre , no hi ha cap lloc per dexar hi la roba, ni tan sols poder penjar la. No hi ha aigua calenta.La sauna és fluixa,la porta no tanca bé ni tampoc les finestres,sense secador de cabell ni cap estri de tocador.NO ES RECOMANABLE.
