Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage Minibar Wasserkocher Bademantel etc. gebucht ich bekam ein ziemlich heruntergekommenes Zimmer mit massiven dreckigen Scheiben wodurch man fast gar nicht gesehen hat mehreren Insekten im Badezimmer und wurde beim betreten und Checkin gescammt, der Hotel Angestellte versuchte mich anstatt in die Lobby zu leiten in die Bar einen Stock darunter zu bringen weil ich ja unbedingt etwas trinken sollte und er wahrscheinlich dadurch Geld bekommen hätte. Als ich dann auf eigene Faust die Lobby gefunden hatte die einen Stock über einen lauten Bar ist wurde mir dort gesagt dass das Hotelzimmer noch nicht bezahlt ist. Dies wurde so lang aufrecht gehalten bis mein Local Guide und Dolmetscher kam und ihnen dann vor Ort erklärte dass ich definitiv nicht zahlen werde und nicht abgezockt werden will. Dann wurde ich vom Manager angerufen und es wurde sich entschuldigt dass es sich natürlich nur um ein Missverständnis handelt. Kann man glauben oder eben auch nicht...

It's a nice new hotel with large rooms and excellent staff. I enjoyed my stay. Some of the building is still under construction but that didn't disrupt my visit. Airport shuttle service was great though I did have to email a few times to get a confirmation.
L’Albergo è in una ottima posizione vicino alla piazza e agli edifici italiani nel centro. Internet funziona bene. Bravi gli amici dello staff.
