Pros:

amazing position: in front of the sea and between the trees, it seems to be on a luxury jungle! the staff were super amazing and helpful with all of our requests. you can book a lot of trips directly with hotel staff too. Abundant breakfast and a very lovely coconut as a welcome. Also super appreciated the pick up from the airport.

Cons:

The accommodation doesn't provide shampoo/body wash or towels for the beach (it gives you towel for the bathroom !). All the place is built on the sand so keeping clean is thought, however the place was overall clean; the only think i will improve is the cleanest of the cloth on the sunbeds and the net against mosquitos that were old and dirty-greyish because of dust. Also my bedsheets were not super clean and with some holes in it.

El ambiente y tener la playa para nosotros solos. Además la excursión para ver el tiburón ballena sale desde la zona donde está el hotel.

Puede que esté un poco lejos de Utende si lo que la gente busca es más buceo o actividades por la zona de Utende.

Es gab keinen WLAN, kein warmes Wasser, keinen Meerblick, aber das schlimmste war, dass es die ganze Nacht wahnsinnig laut war, da alle Wände voller Mäuse waren, die die ganze Nacht Lärm gemacht haben. Auch in anderen Zimmern war das gleiche Problem. Wir konnten nicht schlafen und haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht verlassen!

Posizione e ambiente stupendi. Personale super accogliente.

Cons:

Qualche problema con gli impianti ma il personale si è sempre adoperato per risolvere ogni problema.
Consiglio di prenotare le gite con la struttra, perché sono imperdibili e ben organizzate, ma chiarite sempre bene cosa incluso e cosa escluso.

Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал здесь. Особенно молодой человек в ресторан-баре. Ежедневная уборка. Очень вкусная еда, действительно вкусно! Идеально приготовлено. Самая вкусная еда за всю поездку. Шеф-повару браво 👏
Тук-тук от и до аэропорта комплиментарно.
Слышат гостя и стараются сделать пребывание здесь максимально комфортным.

Cons:

Огромный минус для меня это сендфлаи. Только на одной голени я сейчас посчитала 60 укусов. Искусано все тело полностью. За всю мою поездку больше месяца у меня было максимум 10 укусов, но здесь меня просто полностью сожрали. Сильнейшая аллергия и не помогают ни крема, ни таблетки. На теле не одна сотня укусов.
До этого я жила в другом месте острова и ни одного укуса там. Это для меня огромный жирный минус, который перечеркивает все плюсы, потому что ближайший месяц мне потребуется антигистаминное лечение и ходить полностью в закрытой одежде, когда хотелось бы демонстрировать приобретенный загар.
Но я вся покрыта красными пятнами. Это ужас просто. По ночам настоящий ад, когда хочется расчесать всю кожу. Скажу честно, я не стала занижать оценку, так как отель не виноват, но я очень пожалела, что переехала с другого места на острове, где не было этих насекомых. Сейчас травить себя таблетками и гормональными кремами. Всего 4 дня здесь и все тело изуродовано этими укусами.
Про другие минусы умолчу, так как мы их решили и претензий нет никаких.

Great address for Mafia island
Pros:

Very convenient location for whale shark watching activities, nice beach.
The room was very big with a good mosquito net. The shower had hot water.
Very easy to organise all kinds of activities.
Attentive staff.

Cons:

The food wasn't really to my taste but it was nice enough.

Cons:

Bathroom was old, very little water from the shower, and the toilet floor was always wet (don’t know where the water was coming from). Lots of flies in the dining area and ticks in the bed - we got bitten everywhere.

The location is fabulous. Beachfront property

Cons:

The flies! It was impossible to eat with them. Garbage is just heaped up and they come in swarms. The room smelled awful and musty. Even though i only stayed one night I was charged for a week and the owner refused to meet me when I left which was disappointing.
