Pros:

Pleasant stay in nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly, except for the hotel owner who stopped us in the morning at 6 am before leaving for a trip to pay for the entire stay in the hotel in cash. Shame for a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast at the hotel was a disaster, Chinese breakfast in the heart of Africa. Horrible.

Great place, super clean , well equipped rrooms
Pros:

Very helpful staff, good value, clean. Flexible on checkout would recommend. Would have liked access to restaurant for meals not just breakfast

the reception made excuses of credit card machine not working so could not accept credit cards. but i learnt they avoid credit cards just to avoid paying taxes. i had to pay cash so i decided to checkout next morning itself.

Good and can improve

Well maintained property , nice ambience and friendly staff

Cons:

No credit card accepted and payment only in cash which is big challenge to handle so much cash

Also waiting time to get food is too high more than an hour to get omlette and bread is too much

Pros:

Chinese run hotel with comfortable clean rooms. There is a small gym with 3 treadmills and a weight machine. Breakfast is mainly Asian food with some fresh fruit but no eggs, cereals, yoghurt nor fruit juice. They do not accept creditcards which makes things quite complicated. This should be clearly indicated in the description so that one can come prepared with cash $.

Nice hotel but they need to know how to manage a hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and in a good location.

Cons:

Did not have breakfast because it was at one specific time only in the morning. When the power went off it took around 15 minutes before the generator came on, which happened a couple times during our one night stay.
When we were leaving at 8:20 Saturday morning there was only one staff near the check-in desk who didn't seem to know what was going on at a checkout.
