Velmi příjemné, moderní, hezké, přímo v centru.
Pros:

Hezké místo v centru města, krásný pokoj s výhledem. Celkově příjemný hotel a obsluha. Pohodlná postel.

Cons:

Nic mě nenapadá.

Hotelová restaurace naprosto dokonalá. Bohaté snídaně, luxusní jídla, jak k obědu, tak k večeři. Všude krásná pozitivní
Pros:

Krásný moderní pokoj s nádherným výhledem na Javor. Vše bylo čisté, připadali jsme si jako v pohádce. Personál byl velice milý, komunikativní a usměvavý. Měli jsme vše, na co jsme si vzpomněli.

Modernes Hotel, jedoch kein Spa
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Hotel wirkt insgesamt modern und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt hinter der deutschen Grenze ist praktisch. Die finnische Sauna war angenehm heiß und gut nutzbar.

Cons:

Der Check-in und Check-out waren eher funktional und wenig persönlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet fehlten englische Beschriftungen, und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war teilweise schwierig.

Der Wellnessbereich ist insgesamt recht klein. Die Sauna bietet zwar Platz für mehrere Personen, jedoch ist der Ruhebereich mit wenigen Liegen begrenzt, sodass es bei höherer Auslastung schnell eng werden kann. Die Öffnungszeiten sind zudem relativ kurz.
Die Liegen waren nicht besonders bequem und der Raum wirkte etwas stickig.

Pros:

Příjemné, hezké, čisté ubytování. Velmi milý personál. Jídlo super, snídaně s obrovským výběrem.
Lokalita na výlety pecka.

Cons:

V pokojí bylo teplo (i při vypnutém topení a neustálém větrání). To je ale o preferencích každého.
