Bueno pero hay cosas que pueden mejorar
Pros:

hotel bonito, con buen servicio, fácil llegar al hotel, personal muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar, atentos a lo que se necesita, brindan información sobre planes y sitios de interes.

Cons:

sin embargo la relación costo calidad en cuanto a la comida nos parecio que los precios estabán altos, el desayuno no ofrecia una amplia variedad en los diferentes días.

Algunas personas muy amables, el lugar fue cómodo al igual que las camas.

Cons:

El desayuno muy regular, muy poco huevo, poca variedad, para estar 3 días y tener lo mismo todos los días no es adecuado y más cuando viajamos con niños. Algunas personas había que rogarles para que nos dieran el acompañamiento (pan, fruta y bebida) otras muy amables.
Muy lejos el lugar, lo que se ahorra uno en el lugar se lo gasta en taxis.

This is a great place to relax, away from the noisy downtown.
Pros:

I thought it was peaceful, people were super nice!! The breakfast was great!!! Overall a good atmosphere. The hotel has a nice pool and a bar and you can hang out there too. People that come here seem very nice and respectful.

Cons:

I don’t have a complain about the hotel. However, If you want a nightlife and go where all the restaurant and shops are, you will need to rent a car or get a taxi. $30 mil Colombian pesos.. you could try the bus which is cheaper, but if you want to be comfortable then you need a taxi and that will add to your trip cost.
