Carino, non troppo lontano dai centro

Cons:

Siamo arrivati tardi quando non c'era nessuno in reception. Ci avevano dato indicazioni precise su come recuperare la chiave ma il codice non era funzionante. Siamo andati verso la camera e abbiamo visto che l'avevano lasciata aperta, ma senza la chiave abbiamo dormito tutta la notte con la porta non chiusa a chiave

Great hotel, service and staff!
Pros:

The accomodation was lovely and was perfect for our 2 night visit to Vienna. The hotel felt very safe and welcoming. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room itself was great, equipped with essentials and tea. Public transport was also very close by.

Cons:

The curtains in our room didn’t block much sunlight as they were broken. The shower was also leaking out a lot, so the floor ended up being a massive puddle due to the lack of drains. I think the location was also potentially in a sketchy area of Vienna? The dog park across the street was filled with drug abusers the first day we got there so that was a sight to see 😂

Frühstück war ausreichend alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar der Kaffee war wirklich ansprechend.
Zimmer etwas älter aber ordentliche Matratzen und sogar ein Ventilator am Zimmer!

Cons:

Rezeption leider nicht sehr oft besetzt und Gastronomisch leider eine Nullnummer, wenn schon kein Personal dafür vorhanden ist könnte man vielleicht ein oder zwei Automaten mehr aufstellen um die Auswahl zu erhöhen, denn der Gastgarten war nicht so schlecht!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Möbel beschädigt Wände verschmutzt, kein bett gemacht, vorhange schmutzig und ausgerissen, fenster bei bett wen man offnet fallt entgegen bad schmutzig und moderigerschimmel Geruch, mit einem wort Katastrophe nicht empfehlenswert

Pros:

un hotel antiguo pero bonito. Habitaciones con baños de calidad, buenos muebles, aire acondicionado, un jardincito muy mono. El personal es encantador, nos ayudaron en todo. No está muy lejos del centro Así que es perfecto. Y el precio es insuperable debido a que se encuentra en una zona que aunque segura, hay mucha gente sin hogar.

Cons:

Debe de haber un albergue en las inmediaciones ya que el hotel está rodeado de usuarios de sustancias ilegales

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Pokój był posprzątany przed przyjazdem.

Cons:

Pokój przez 3 dni nie był sprzątany. Co prawda były dostępne czajnik i kubki w pokoju, ale nie było gąbki ani płynu do naczyń by je umyć, nie zostały też one wymienione przez obsługę. Do klimatyzacji nie było pilota przez co mogła pełnić jedynie funkcję wiatraka. Hotel przed przyjazdem zapewnił nas, że przez zameldowaniem możemy zostawić walizki, jednak mimo czekania na recepcji około 40 minut (przyjechaliśmy około godziny 13) nie było nikogo na recepcji. Z pracowników hotelu był jedynie Pan, który powiedział, że mówi jedynie po turecku.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön – ein Altbau mit einem tollen Frühstückssalon. Auch die Böden und der Aufzug sind sehr schön. Besonders die Dusche ist toll – sie verfügt sogar über drei Duschköpfe.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich war an einem Wochenende dort, an dem eine Hitzewelle herrschte. Das Zimmer war sehr heiß. Ich hatte um die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage gebeten, und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sagte mir, dass sie für uns bereitgelegt würde. Leider erfuhren wir am Abend, dass keine Fernbedienung für uns vorhanden war. Dadurch war die erste Nacht wegen der Hitze kaum auszuhalten. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir zum Glück eine Fernbedienung, und danach war alles in Ordnung.
