The location, the room, the pool and reception were all absolutely fantastic.
The hotel is located in probably the most beautiful location in the Fira area and the views were just priceless. On top of that the room we booked is just as advertised and incredibly cosy and cute. The bed was fantastic and the breakfast was perfect.
Walking around the guest area and surrounding pathways never stopped feeling surreal.
Would love to return if my budget allows

We stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast included in our stay. Each morning they’d bring breakfast at our convenient time for us to enjoy at our balcony with its great view. All 4 days the choices of breakfast were exceptional, we were well taken care of.

-La chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante et sans vue direct sur mer.
-La salle d’eau et douche trop petite et flotte en eau après les douches!
Ottima colazione, vista stupenda sulla caldera e piscina piccola ma elegante. Camera spaziosa e bella.

The hotel was super clean, stylish and full of thoughtful little details that made us feel at home. Ntaiana was especially helpful, she gave us great tips for exploring the islands, helped with a rental car, and even told us we could reach out if we needed anything after our stay. Breakfast with a view was stunning, the food was delicious and everyone was so welcoming. Perfect location and facilities, would definitely come back!
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The private balcony for our room (while outside our room) provided a stunning view of Imerovigli and the caldera. The breakfast was amazing: delicious and substantial. Really nice location, 30ish minute walk from Fira, but much quieter, with enough supermarkets/rentals/restaurants/cafes nearby.
The shower was a bit small & didn't have a door/curtain, so the bathroom floor would get wet.

Imerovigli village is great place to stay. In my opinion, better than Fira or Oia, as they are more commercial and busier.

Missing my spouse winter coat from room, no satisfied answer or try to look/find from your staff!!
And after check out process/Hour can’t offer washroom facilities and we sit down outside of the office in cold temperature!!

Beautiful clean room, excellent location in town, lovely view of the caldera, amazing breakfasts included delivered to the room, and a wonderful pool just steps away from the room. Diana (Ntaiana) was so friendly and helpful, beginning days before our arrival and throughout our stay. She helped arrange everything we needed at the hotel as well as transfers and tours. Overall a top of the line experience.
