Pros:

10 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk to the shopping street and restaurants, but at the same time quiet street, windows to the back yard, no noise at night. The staff was very helpfull both with instructions how to get inside and where we can find parking, and even recommendations about where to go and what to see. Nice and clean apartment with everything you need.

Cons:

The area itself was quite "shabby", but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel, more like a cultural shock 😅

Location excellent.
Pros:

The apartment had a very pleasant terrace. The bathroom was excellent. The facilities generally were very good and the staff most helpful.

Highly recommend for location, value and cleanliness
Pros:

Lovely clean and spacious room; really helpful host; great location - just minutes away from town and marina

Cons:

The only thing that was slightly off-putting was a bit of a whiff coming up from the drains - it went when you ran the shower though

The apartment is bright, modern, very clean. The shower is excellent.
Cons:

I hit my head on the extruding stove top air extractor / grease filter. It sticks out by approx 4 inches. and to the left of the sink.
When working at the sink it is very easy to move your head to the left and hit the corner go the extractor. I am of average height.
Apart from this the kitchen is well equipped

It failed several times
