Excellent service, great location, and friendly staff – I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and any request was handled quickly. The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach, making it a perfect place to relax. Everyone made us feel welcome, and we really appreciated the excellent service.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was open buffet. There is lot of variety even if you are in some kind of diet, you will find something suitable for you to eat and the time for the breakfast is 3 hours and half which is convenient for everyone specially if you don't like to wake up early . Also the staff there are very helpful. They can bring for you anything you want .
Private beach even if it is small but was nice .
Cleaning the room every day also was a very good point to mention . Staff are Cleaning the room daily .
For the reception, everything was ready when we reached, just sign the paper and check in .
Over all it was great experience even the service on the beach was amazing.
Highly recommend for anyone to enjoy their vacation at Shellghada

الاوتيل حلو وموقعه حلو والبحر تحفه

خدمه الغرف سيئه ولازم اطلب كل حاجه مياه لو عايز شور او شامبوه او حتي شاي او نسكافيه لازم اطلبها المفروض ان الحاجات دي تبقي موجوده يوميا مع نظافه الغرفه
