Pros:

The place was clean and this is the only good thing . All staff except for the receptionist Mr. Mahmoud Tayea were friendly .

Cons:

Starting from the reception staff Mr. Mahmoud Tayea who welcomed us in a very unfriendly way and was very tough. Then in the room ,the lights were very dim. Then we were transferred to another room ,where 2 lights were burnt and the remaining were dim. We waited till end of day till it was fixed, as there was no lamps at the hotel!!

Cons:

I had some maintenance problem in my sea view room which resulted in a total power off so they had to move me to another room but was not sea view as my first one

Отель, в хорошем состоянии , небольшой, номера очень просторные , у нас был с видом на горы, на дорогу , но это не мешало, тем кто конечно любит тишину , наверное будет неудобно, потому что дорога достаточно оживленная, но мне понравился большой балкон с креслами , было приятно посидеть выпить кофе полюбоваться закатом , вид красивый в обе стороны видно и море и горе, хорошая мебель новая, очень комфортный матрас, ванная комната тоже просторная с душевой кабиной, единственное не хватает оснащения: полочек под средства в душе, фена , зеркала круглого для бритья на складывающейся ножке -это база, для гостиниц. Вода горячая холодная идет очень хорошо , хотя был 3 этаж проблем вообще не было, пляж небольшой но очень красивый и уютный, рядом атмосферный ресторан в восточном стиле на причале с одной стороны и с другой пристань для яхт , кальяная, летом в сезон я понимаю там устраивают что то наподобие клуба , много местных приезжают поужинать в ресторан, вкусная кухня по приемлемым ценам, очень вкусная пицца с морепродуктами, еще вечером сказочная атмосфера востока в ресторане очень притягательна тем более в шаговой доступности от номера, купаться комфортно песочек глубина хорошая, номера убирают хорошо, но по требованию , воду только ставят один раз по приезду , в остальное время можно набирать из кулера в ресторане, брали завтраки, не скажу , что изобилие, но базовое есть , голодным не останешься , но скромно конечно, расположение отеля доя тех кто любит гулять отличное недалеко от центра улицы Шератон , даже до Марины доходили пешком за минут 20-30, отель понравился , в Хургаде была не в первый раз , этот отель достаточно хороший, собственник отеля тоже приятный вежливый человек, идет навстречу , если нужно договориться по времени заезда и выезда.

Хотелось бы в ресторане отеля что бы было почище , совсем немного)

The hotel is wonderful and the beach is super clean and small enough, staff are friendly. Cost wise is great compared with other similar types.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, only we didn't see food variety, perhaps next time things would be better.

Herşey çok güzeldi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı. resepsiyon da Muhammed ve Hişam, katlar da Isam amca ve diğerleri hepsi birbirinden iyi insanlar. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyidi odalar temiz, mevkisi her yer 5 dakika sürüyor. Bireysel gittiyseniz lobi de Muhanad diye bir çocuk var size tur ayarlamada yardımcı olabilir.
