Just a silly thing. No toilet brush in the bathroom.
Staff were amazing, especially the lady at reception - there was a wedding on and the music could be heard loudly in my bedroom and the lady at reception kindly moved me to a room at the other side of the hotel. Food was excellent at dinner and breakfast.
Food service was very quick but people waiting on tea and coffee after dinner at a number of tables for a long period of time, so that's something to review.

Trotz einer Hochzeitsfeier wurden wir über dem Veranstaltungsraum einquartiert. Aufgrund mangelhafter Schallisolierung konnten wir quasi mitfeiern. Die Suche nach einem alternativen Zimmer war etwas unmotiviert, am Ende aber erfolgreich. So konnten wir noch ein paar Stunden schlafen. In der Bar wurden wir nicht bedient und haben dann den Supermarkt genutzt für unsere Getränkewünsche. Das Frühstücksangebot war fett- und kohlenhydratlastig.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty and a good variety. I think they need more lounge space and a bar for relaxing. The are available is only for dining.

The hotel is clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, clean towels daily (we stayed 3 nights). Pool was always available with plenty of space in the changing rooms, lockers available, shower area and towels provided at the pool for hotel guests.
Plenty of choices on the menu and a really good kids menu. Plenty of choice at breakfast (continental and hot breakfasts options). We were there during an Irish heatwave (up to 26° and rooms were lovely and cool).
We had the car with us so we could travel to plenty of activities in the area
Pity there is no evening entertainment that was my only complaint
