Breakfast starts at 7:00, but not everything was available. It was 7:30, and I had to leave without eating what I liked.
The room door wouldn't close, and the employee Mark ignored it. Thanks to Olivia, it was resolved; they changed rooms thanks to her. Mark treated us like we were idiots who didn't know how to close doors.
At the pool, they charged us €3.50 for swim caps, even though it said they were €2, and nobody had them.
We would have preferred two large beds for four people.
Easy parking & check in. We really appreciated the noon check out time. Very comfortable room & bed. Wish breakfast was served until 11:00.

Service was very good, staff were lovely in the restaurant.
I didn’t like that smokers were right outside the front door, especially when the smoke could be smelled in the room as it was right above that area.

Great food & staff, we had breakfast and dinner. Modern bedroom, appreciated the Elemis products in the bathroom.

The room was nicely presented, clean and comfortable. Delighted to see that the room now has wood flooring which I find more fresh and hygienic. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, staff were very efficient and attentive in the dining room. Bar staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
Reception girl"s greeting on the morning of checkout was less than friendly with a "yes" when I went to desk and 'thanks' when I said what room I was checking out from. Apart of that this hotel is very pleasant.

Great stay the room was spotless and when I asked for another bed the staff sorted it straight away breakfast was lovely plenty of choice would definitely stay here again
My daughter wasn't allowed to use the pool without me in it too
