The staff was absolutely great, really helpful and very lovely.☺️
Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The beds were comfortable and did not hear any doors slamming like in few hotels where i’ve been.

Cons:

The shower was terrible and the curtains had million tiny holes in them so we saw the daylight shine through. Wending machines in the hotel were half empty

Pros:

Very pleasent staff comfortable beds piping hot water a great breakfast and wonderful food

Cons:

Nothing but if I'm been honest someone should have checked that our room booked for 3 adults had 3 bath towels but only 2 hand towels and 2 cups we asked and the situation was quickly righted

Noise levels ruined what would have been a nice stay.
Pros:

The food was lovely in the bar/restaurant.

Cons:

The noise levels were crazy. We had an early start so hit the bedroom early and the noise from the music downstairs was deafening. The same happened last year so I will not be staying again as anyone on the first floor has to put up with the music blaring from underneath until half past twelve at night.

Overall good stay, but breakfast could have fresh fruit. Meal in the bar was poor quality .
Pros:

Enjoyed the pool and leisure complex.

Cons:

My food in the bar a salmon and potato was unedible i returned it and asked for a portion of chips was still charged for my meal which was very dissapointing . Bar food needs improvement .

Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean room .good car parking.

Cons:

The heating was not working in the room. This had to be reported 3 times to reception before we were eventually given a plug in electric radiator. Conference room was a bit stuffy and technology for presentation was on the blink at times during the lectures.
