I recently stayed here for one night, and I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having a reliable Wi-Fi

Pros:

Odaya kahvalti / yemek servislerinin olması bence büyük bir artı ve personel gerçekten çok nazik. Tam anlamıyla hoş geldiğinizi hissettiriyorlar. Vale hizmetinden bagajların odaya taşınmasına kadar her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırlar.

Cons:

Kaldigim oda ciftkisilik geciyor ama daha cok tek kisilik olcusunde. Iki kisi konaklayacak musteriler icin biraz daha buyuk bi oda verebilirler.

Pros:

Bardzo czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko, cicho. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. Czysty basen ( woda nieogrzewana, ale po chwili można się przyzwyczaić).

Cons:

AC is not a separate unit per suite but an old ventilation system of the hotel
it does not cool at all, it is almost non existent
and when leaving the room it also shuts down,
so we had to open the window and make a draft to cool the suite as much as possible

Stay away.
Pros:

Nothing to like, except maybe the location. Had to stay because we booked it with prepayment.

Cons:

Hotel is in terrible condition. Smoking in rooms, nothing works. All terrible.

We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

All the staff we encountered were invaluable and kind. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was okay when you compare the prices. The location was perfect. The swimming pool area is excellent.

Cons:

We stayed in a twin room. One bed was narrower than the other, but it did not cause us a big problem.

Unless you want a swimming pool and dream a stay in a mediocre 1980s hotel stay away.
Pros:

We are traveling for work and have with breaks about 2 months of stay for 3 people. We picked this hotel for the location, price, free underground parking and possibility of swimming pool.

These are amazing. No problems with that. Price is okay for the surrounding area.

Cons:

Anything related to rooms are terrible. AC doesn't work/barely even cools anything. Fridges are not cold (we had 6 rooms so far and all fridges lacked cold) and they are disgustingly dirty.
Shower tubs are ancient. They have never even bothered to do repairs, like change the silicone bands at least once every few years. Floors of the tubs are in disgusting condition.

Bathroom toiletries are single use. Great to have extra plastic pollution for absolutely no reason.
Staff is pretty terrible. Their English is none existent, I asked 3 times for information regarding future bookings and they just don't give a care.

Keycards constantly stop working, need to go down and get it fixed. (Card readers are like 1960s credit card readers.)

We will probably end our plans to stay here and move to another hotel as after a hard work day, staying in at non-air conditioned rooms in middle of Ankara summer (it gets hot in here) is not something I am interested or want for my team.

Oh also Wifi is terrible.
