Very good value for the clean comfy room
Pros:

A perfect example of Kiwi hospitality at its very best.
Pros:

I booked this property on behalf of a fellow Sri Lankan friend who has just arrived in New Zealand to begin her higher studies. Hotel Manager Rubel Gera, Puja, and the entire team gave her such an exceptional welcome that it made her very first experience away from home truly special.

They reminded us why New Zealand is so highly regarded for its genuine human touch and outstanding hospitality. Their kindness and thoughtful gesture meant far more than words can express, especially for someone starting a new chapter in a new country.

Keep up the amazing work! You've certainly earned our trust, and we'll be recommending your property and sending more bookings your way. Thank you for making her feel so welcome.

Pros:

Perfect location near Haigley Park and a 15 minute walk to the CBD. The Indian restaurant, DTA was honestly one of the best meals I've had. Terrific

We were very disappointed in the weather as it had been really good until we arrived. It spoiled
Pros:

The weather was really cold and miserable, but the hotel staff could not have been more caring and helpful. They provided us with electric blankets, made sure that we had a ground floor room so that we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs and, generally, they could not have been better.

The walk-in shower.

Pros:

Clean, tidy facilities. Very friendly, helpful staff. Only 5-10 minutes from CBD, and close to peaceful Harley park. Would stay again.

Great stay!
Pros:

The room was lovely , warm and clean , very modern rooms. The staff turned the heatpump on in our room before we arrived so it was cozy for us. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

the only issue we had was the sound of the heatpump outside the window sounded like a truck idling outside the room all night but other than that the property was fantastic

Great location. Room is newly renovated and comfortable. Nice staff friendly and caring. Git good last minute deal too. Would stay again.

There was no face cloths provided, no extra blanket/bedding, room was very cold when arrived late. Overall could have been a better experience
