Pros:

The staff member in the front reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond for our group in allowing earlier access to our rooms and also moving our room locations so that they were next door to each other.

Convenient, clean, warm and good value
Pros:

Very convenient after a long flight. Clean, warm and comfortable . Great curry house so no need to go out for food. Very helpful and polite staff and management

Cons:

Should have booked ground floor as no lift and we all had heavy bags
