topmodernes Designhotel, große Zimmer mit allem Komfort, ruhig, das beste Hotelfrühstück, das wir je hatten (Asien und Westlich sehr großes Angebot, Obst und Gemüse, frische Backwaren, Smoothie-Bar und Häagen Daz-Truhe für die kids), toller Pool, Nähe Metro und Hafen fußläufig, stilvoller Service, Convenience Store vor der Tür

臺灣人住高雄的日航，除了櫃台以外，感受到服務人員「滿滿的優越感」

員工的服務：
1.打掃人員為了效率，雖然口說「不好意思」但明明看到房客在使用三溫暖的梳妝台，硬是要收梳妝台下的垃圾桶，到底是誰要尊重誰的時間。
2. 21樓早餐的帶位
明明就有視野更佳的桌位，硬是要帶邊邊角角的位子，用餐時間「快結束」服務人員收拾刀叉聲音很大直接干擾房客們享用早餐時的對談。擺出一副，「早餐時間要結束了，我正在收拾」的姿態。
3. 覺得日航還是給日本人住吧！臺灣人住那有種莫名的被忽視。服務生對日本人特別熱情。

Pros:

I stayed for two nights and really didn't want to leave. Everything was clean, peaceful, and pleasant. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I am glad to get upgraded to the club floor with lounge access. Great experience !
