Gute Service

Le personnel est très gentil, un trois étoiles digne d'un 5 étoiles. Ce que j'ai apprécié c'est le petit-déjeuner simple mais efficace la piscine et surtout la propreté que je tiens à souligner.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. Le directeur Wassim et toute son équipe ont fait preuve d’une grande générosité et d’une disponibilité constante. L’hôtel est très agréable et nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous.

J'ai passé un séjour mémorable dans cet hôtel avec une équipe formidable et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Merci au directeur Wassim qui s'est plié en quatre pour qu'on ne manque de rien. Le personnel est réactif et d'une gentillesse incroyable! Nous avons mangé un Excellent couscous qui nous a été livré à l'appartement par le gentil Naim. Merci à Fadhel, à Firas et à tous les autres, je reviendrai, j'espère.

I highly recommend this hotel 100%! The comfort and service were excellent, but what truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of Wassim. He helped us at every moment with anything we needed and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thanks to him, our stay was even more enjoyable!

Staff were excellent. Wassim was a real gem a true gentleman who was kind and helpful. Lovely private pool in villa. The Buddha beach was the best and truly amazing. We loved our time at the beach- the sea water was the best I have seen.

I normally travel solo however on this occasion I took my daughter on holiday with me. My daughter wanted a hotel in walking distance to the nightclubs and bars and Hotel Villamar fitted this requirement and is located across the road from Latino Nightclub and Manhattan Bar both have excellent security and my daughter and I felt safe to dance the night away enjoying ourselves. Plus, it's only a short walk to another nightclub Calypso and coffee bars and a five minute walk to the beach and beach restaurant.
However, the biggest bonus ever for me was the quality of customer care service from the Hotel Villamar staff. I don't want to sound like a snob but I'm not used to *** hotel accommodation, I've always paid a lot of money to go ***** and I have to say Hotel Villamar delivered a ***** customer care service throughout our one week stay. The hotel night security guard was excellent and very professional. Our bed was very comfortable and had a clean mattress and house keeping excellent a very very clean hotel, pool and bedding. The hotel manager was on call throughout our stay making sure our every need was fully full filled from false eyelashes glue to restaurant recommendations and travel arrangements. It's hard work travelling with a high maintenance teenager but Hotel Villamar was definitely equipped to make sure our stay was one that we'll cherish forever ❤️

Je recommande vivement cette établissement que je regrette pas d’avoir séjourné durant cette été Mr wassim nous a recommander plein d’endroit a visiter et prend soin de ses clients et Mr firas a l’accueil toujours serviable a tout moments je les remercie du fond du coeur pour leur accueil n’hésitez surtout pas a venir visiter hammamet hotel villamar vous allez pas regretter.
