Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable.
The reception staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. They made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
A special thanks to Lamia at the reception — she was absolutely amazing! Very kind, polite, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly made a difference.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique, reposant et de grande qualité.
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, moderne, élégant et très bien entretenu. Les espaces sont spacieux, la piscine et l’accès direct à la plage offrent un cadre exceptionnel. Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre était confortable, propre et agréable. L’atmosphère générale est paisible et idéale pour un séjour de détente totale.

Cons:

Rien de significatif à signaler, le séjour s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions.

We booked two ocean-view twin rooms. At check-in, we waited 20 minutes before being given a double room in one of the rooms.
