Pros:

L’accueil est exceptionnel, la restauration excellente. Nous y étions allés pour nous reposer et passer du temps loin des contraintes du quotidien, et nous sommes repartis comblés. Nous y reviendrons pour d’autres instants de déconnexion, c’est certain.

Les horaires des repas légèrement restrictifs le soir (fermeture du service à 21h30)

Un immense merci à Lamia et Hasan pour avoir sauvé notre voyage de noces ! ❤️

À cause du stress de l’organisation du mariage, mon mari avait réservé par erreur notre séjour… pour l’année prochaine 😅. En arrivant à l’hôtel, nous pensions que nos vacances étaient compromises, mais Lamia et Hasan ont tout fait pour nous aider.

Une mention toute particulière à Lamia, qui a été incroyablement gentille, compréhensive et investie pour nous trouver une solution. Grâce à elle et à Hasan, nous avons finalement pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour et vivre ce voyage de noces dans les meilleures conditions.

Merci du fond du cœur pour votre aide, votre professionnalisme et votre bienveillance. Vous avez transformé une grosse source de stress en un merveilleux souvenir. 🥰

Plage désastreuse .. plastiques, cannettes , et autres .. un établissement de ce standing devrait pouvoir fournir à ses clients un minimum de propreté !!!! Déjà signalé sur place mais pas de retour !!

Overall, my stay was average.

The food was good, and I would rate it 7/10. The reception staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were polite and professional.

However, there were several disappointing aspects for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was quite small and not very deep, with no deeper section for guests who enjoy swimming. The beach had a lot of algae, which affected the experience. The bed sheets were not clean enough, and the bed itself was not comfortable. Considering the price we paid, I expected much better. I have stayed in many hotels with far more comfortable beds at significantly lower prices.

There was also no option for a private sauna, which was very disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star property. The animation and entertainment activities were poor and lacked variety. The TV offered very few channels. I also asked a staff member if they could show the football match of my country. He told me he would arrange it on the TV in my room, but we never heard back from him.

While the staff and food were positive points, the hotel does not fully meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star property at this price level.

Despite some issues with room reservations and room views, wonderful stay in excellent hotel.
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The resort is beautiful, perfectly located, very clean, and very well equipped overall. All facilities are well maintained and contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All staff members—whether in the restaurant, bar, entertainment team, or housekeeping—were extremely friendly, attentive, and many of them had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was also excellent and offered plenty of variety.

Cons:

Since we were arriving very early in the morning, I had booked the rooms starting from the previous day to ensure they would be available upon our arrival. To avoid being marked as a no-show, I contacted the hotel in advance and asked them to acknowledge and confirm this arrangement. Unfortunately, despite trying for weeks through multiple communication channels, it was impossible to get a response. Messages went unanswered, and nobody could be reached by phone. In the end, I had to change the arrival date and, exactly what I had hoped to avoid happened: we spent many hours waiting for our rooms.

We had booked two rooms with a pool view, but instead received one room overlooking mostly the restaurant roof and another with more of a courtyard/backyard view.

Exceeding expectations
Pros:

First time in Tunisia and the hotel really exceeded expectations. Firstly, the all inclusive buffet is very good with lots of choice and the restaurant tasting menu (included free of charge) was really special.

Next, the staff were very helpful - even happily moved us to a new room when we had an issue with our initial room. All so friendly and spoke great English.

The amenities were top class, especially the spa which is very spacious with a variety of treatments. Had a shop for extra snacks, shisha bar and larger bar which was nice in the evening.

There are a lot of families at the hotel and there are animation teams etc. catered to this but as a couple there were plenty of spaces for us to relax too, e.g. the adult pool.

Location is also great as a base to explore Djerba / the mainland more broadly. We went to Djerbahood and did a Sahara day tour and loved it!

Cons:

The hotel is very big, so we found that there is a lot of variation in the rooms. If you have preferences just tell the staff, they will accommodate!
The surrounding streets - while not unsafe - are not the most pleasant for a walk

Séjour décevant au vu du prix , et des 5 étoiles absolument pas mérité… si vous cherchez du repos et de la bonne nourri

Le manque d’écoute de la part du personnel, le manque de confiance ( ne pas nous croire lorsqu’on dit que le frigo n’a pas été rempli ) , le mauvais rapport qualité prix , la nourriture fade. La boîte de nuit en face de l’hôtel ( chambre donnant sur l’entrée de l’hôtel à fuir ) impossible de dormir avant 5h. Heureusement que le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre mais il a fallu insister.
