Pros:

La posizione, la formula all inclusive, anche se non tutte le materie prime erano di qualità, nell’insieme il cibo era buono e variegato tutto i giorni

Cons:

Manca il bidet nel bagno padronale della stanza ( attrezzatevi ormai è facile….),
Le bibite della formula all inclusive scadenti e sgasate ,
vino prosecco scadente,
il ristorante italiano non è all’altezza di un 5 stelle, che poi dopo diversi tentativi per prenotare un tavolo , ci è stata data la possibilità di onorare dopo 3 giorni ma come direbbe Checco Zalone: dammi un cacciavite ed una scala, non si scrive Italia invano….
L’acqua della piscina davanti alla mia stanza era sporca ed oltretutto non viene pulita regolarmente e giornalmente, credo che sia un problema di tutte le piscine della struttura, credo e giustifico per mancanza di personale , ma non giustifico perché con 4300 euro per 5 giorni e due stanze ci si può anche permettere qualche addetto in più .
Per ultimo: se avete bisogno della piastrina repellente antizanzare, e vi assicuro che ce ne sono( causa il problema sopra della pulizia piscine), alla reception in primis vi dicono di andarla a comprarvelo al supermarket, poi inteneriti perché hanno visto la bambina di un anno e mezzo piena di punture, vi rispondono che entro 15 minuti vengono a metterla, e poi passate 2 ore senza nessun avviso , ho per caso incrociato uno dei porter che è andato a comprarlo penso a sue spese,

Pros:

Spent there a week with my family (wife + daughter 4.5 years old) and I can only recommend this place for families like ours. Lots of kids friendly pools, waterslides for all ages, a huge continental buffet and snacks and beverages throughout the whole day. The day always ended with a nice disco night which was fun for both adults and children.

מלון מצויין מתאים מאוד למשפחות, אוכל טעים ופארק מים מהנה!
Pros:

המלון עצמו על כל מתקניו, האוכל, הצוות והניקיון היו מדהימים! נהננו מאוד וקיבלנו תמורה מעולה למחיר!

Cons:

קצת מרוחק מכל מקום אם רוצים לטייל גם (עמק הפרפרים והעיר העתיקה רחוקים). מוניות יקרות אבל יש אופציה טובה לשכור רכב במלון עצמו.
בנוסף, ההופעות בערב התאימו בעיקר לבנות/ילדות או לקטנים, לא היו הופעות מגוונות או פעילות שמתאימה לכל המשפחה.

Everything outside. Beautiful surroundings, very clean and spacious pools, nice water park, playground, cafeteria

Cons:

The rooms. The furnitures were weary and stained, and the room was dirty everywhere. The shower extremely dirty, but your see stains on all furnitures including the fridge which was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. I complained and moved us to another room, which was somewhat better in terms of cleaning but far from a 5 star hotel. As if the rooms and all the other inside and outside spaces of the hotel were managed by different personnel.
So really disappointed about the rooms, but the garden, the pools, other facilities were impeccable. Attached a few pics of the room but could have done many more...

Large family trip
Pros:

Beautiful resort. We all agreed it was the best all inclusive food we've had. The night in the Italian and Greek restaurants were fantastic too.
Water park was fabulous. So much to keep little ones of all ages occupied.
