Skiathos Ammos Luxury Apartments

Expectations were high for our return to Skiathos and Ammos did not disappoint. Great communication from our host, George, made our airport arrival, transfer and arrival easy. George was available for any queries and met us as we arrived by taxi.
Unfortunately our stay was only a couple of days, however George gave some great advice on places to visit and assisted with our departure

George was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for my family and I during our stay. He organised transfers, boat trips, restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The location is amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much!

I visit Greece often, but I rarely have such a wonderful experience as I did on Skiathos with our host George. We were three friends looking for accommodation close to both the sea and the town — and the location was just perfect!

George was incredibly kind and always available. He helped us with everything — even took us to the store and made restaurant reservations for us. The house was modern, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we felt completely at home — or even better. I warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Skiathos! 🌸

Unser Aufenthalt im Skiathos Ammos Luxury Apartments war schlichtweg ein Traum und in jeder Hinsicht unübertrefflich!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns hier wie im Paradies gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Gergio, der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Er war jederzeit für uns da, hat uns fantastische lokale Tipps gegeben – egal ob Restaurants, Bootstouren oder versteckte Strände – und hat uns täglich die besten Liegen am Strand reserviert. Ein Service, den man so nur selten erlebt!

Auch die Vermieter Rania und ihr Mann sind jederzeit sehr freundlich, offen und herzlich gewesen. Bei Fragen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr und waren für uns da. Besonders schön: Sie wohnen selbst in der Anlage, was eine angenehme, persönliche Atmosphäre schafft.

Das Apartment selbst ist modern, perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: absolute Ruhe, ein traumhafter Ausblick, kristallklares Wasser und ein sauberer, gepflegter Strand direkt vor der Tür. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten ist man am Meer und genießt puren Luxus.

Besonders begeistert hat uns auch die Sauberkeit. Jeden Tag wurde das Apartment makellos gereinigt, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche standen immer bereit – so aufmerksam und liebevoll, dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Ein großes Dankeschön an die wunderbare Reinigungsperle, die alles mit so viel Herz macht.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist das neue Restaurant direkt nebenan – absolut empfehlenswert und ein echter Geheimtipp! Auch eine spontane Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich, was unseren Urlaub noch perfekter gemacht hat.

Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben schon viel gesehen, aber so viel Luxus, Herzlichkeit und Wohlfühlfaktor in Kombination ist kaum zu toppen. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen wieder – und zwar sehr gerne!

Very close to a beautiful beach as well as close to town with many restaurants. Apartment has a beautiful view and was very clean and comfortable.

Struttura moderna, accogliente con tanti confort! Pace e quiete la fanno da padrone. Letteralmente a 2 passi dal mare e vicinissima a tutti i servizi utili. Facile anche il parcheggio! Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Giorgio ottimo e sempre presente padrone di casa!!!1

Everything was just what we were looking for and felt like home from home. The facilities and location are as good as we have had anywhere and the welcome we received from everyone there was exceptional and friendly.

Karnyújtásnyira a tengerparttól talàlhatóak az apartmanok, és egy gyönyörű szőlőlugason keresztül lehet megközelíteni. A belváros is egy rövid, kellemes sétával elérhető, a tengerparton is rengeteg taverna található. Tiszta, rendezett, igényes volt az apartmanunk, és itt is kimagasló vendégszeretetben volt részünk. George, a házigazdánk mindenben a segítségünkre volt a nap bármely szakában személyesen és telefonon keresztül is, és szuper programokat ajánlott, szervezett nekünk, amiért nem lehetünk elég hálásak neki. ☺️ Kisgyermekkel utazóknak is szívből ajànljuk a szállást. Bármikor visszatérnénk! 💙🤍

The location is excellent, in the middle of the beach and overlooking a beautiful garden right in front of the beach. We will miss walking up to that view.

Rania and her family are so welcoming and will help with anything.

George who manages the property and the beach area is fantastic from booking restaurants, researching trips and generally offering to help in anyway - 5 star service and support.
