Pros:

Our train was 2.5 hrs late, we arrived to 1.00am and there was someone there to meet us which was exceptional. The room was clean.

Cons:

No toilet paper!!!
Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures
There weren't even plates, only cup saucers.
No staff around to replenish Breakfast food or to get plates

Pros:

Fantastic location, short walk to the markets, train station and the bus ride to Machu Picchu.
Beds were a little hard for me, but I am used to a soft bed. Otherwise the room was great. It was quiet, clean and the shower was nice and hot.

Muy lindo hotel

La atención y disposición del personal, fueron muy amables, la señorita me recogio y me ayudo con mi maleta, la habitación cómoda y limpia.

Quizas agregar un par de toallas mas en la habitación.

Muy cercano a todo, falta agua caliente en la ducha
Pros:

Al lado del terminal de trenes y del mercado. Cerca al terminal de buses para ir a machupichu. Desayuno suficiente.

La amabilidad del personal. Se nota su buena voluntad de atender bien a los huéspedes. Aunque debería haber alguien responsable más atento a los detalles.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación no tenía una mesa de luz junto a la cama o un estante siquiera. El lavatorio del baño solo tiene agua fría. De los tres días que usamos la ducha nos bañamos dos con agua fría. El primer día no nos hicieron la habitación. Los lugares para guardar la ropa tienen un solo estante y no hay forma de colgar nada. Y algo muy importante. Se oyen los ruidos de todo el hotel desde el lobby hasta los pisos superiores. De los pasillos, las habitaciones y los baños.

Podría ser mas comodo. A pesar de tener camas muy confortables.
Pros:

Camas muy confortables. Espacio muy pequeño para una habitación de 3 camas.
Desayuno muy precario.
