Amazing
Pros:

I very rarely leave reviews on booking.com but felt compelled. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful always going above and beyond! The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. If you are going to stay anywhere in Amman, you would be foolish not to stay here! It is absolutely incredible!

Pros:

Korzystna lokalizacja, parking w obiekcie dostępny, dobre wyposażenie, w miarę wygodne łóżka, szafy w pokojach. Sprzątanie regularnie.

Cons:

Niestety bardzo słaba jakość śniadań - praktycznie bez urozmaicenia, bardzo mało produktów, osoby, które przychodziły później nie miały co zjeść. Jedynie kawa była dobra. Zdecydowanie nie polecam śniadań. Zimno w łazienkach.

Neighbors can be noisy in the common halls. Stricter rules need to apply to noise management. Can't close bathroom window due to fan wiring making the bathroom cold.

Pros:

The property itself is clean, in a nice and calm location, has enough space and people there are nice and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities are clean but old and you can clearly see a lot of scratches here and there. Also the door is not soundproof which is not a good thing for such a property(for families).

Pros:

The location is convenient for me and there are lots of options nearby for restaurants and shops. There is also a nearby park overlooking the city with available coffee shops. The apartment is comfortable for the family and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

As we came on a cold time, they only had the heater on which became too hot for us.
