Everything about this place is fantastic. Rosa was a wonderful host who helped us get food delivery. The views from the rooftop kitchen of Huascaran are unmatched. She provides drinks in a minibar style. Everything was clean and comfortable. After staying in huaraz for two nights we wanted to be closer to the airport before our flight to Lima the next day and now we are hoping to return and stay here again because it was peaceful and perfect.
This was for sure one of the best place I've ever been! Rosa was so kind, she helped us with everything, arranged tours for us, gave us very good advices where to eat and what to do and was always there when we needed her. We felt like home. The location is very safe and very quiet as well. The room was big and had a balcony with a very nice view at the mountains. And the best is the terrace with an amazing view at the Huascaran Mountain. So you can eat your breakfast with the best view in town. Very close there are little shops to buy food. The bus station is very close as well and in 40min you are in Huaraz town center. We would recommend the Bellavista to everyone and would definitely stay there again as we were very sad to leave...
Beautifully designed apartment building situated in a gated community which made it feel super safe. It’s located 30 mins from Huaraz but there are lots of colectivos dropping you off within couple mins walk from the place.
We loved the common kitchen and terrace on the top floor with views towards Peru’s highest peak. The owner was so kind and always on hand to offer advice about local activities, and even went the extra mile to organise onward transport for us.
The room itself had two bedrooms, lounge and a terrace with plenty of space as well as hot shower.

The access to bikes was a game changer. Fidel and Rosa were so responsive, friendly and helpful. The location felt perfect, close to Huaraz for easy collectivo or taxi rides, close to many hikes, and in a perfect village of friendly people.
The location is quiet and beautiful, a bit far from the city but that's what we want total privacy and away from the city. The owner was very nice even helped us a lot by arranging tours and even sent us to the pickup location. Anyway, it's recommended to stay. The owner is also very flexible, and friendly and always guides you with any help you want.
If you could invest in upgrading the wifi signal it would be appreciated the rest is absolutely fantastic.
The helpfulness and care of the host exceeded my expectations by far. Not only our host organised us a tour but got up at 5 am to drive us to the junction 1,5 km distant - a distance we could easily make on foot. Whatever help we asked we got it and in the way that we felt the real interest in our needs.
As for the location, with the view of highest mountains in Peru at breakfast it is unbeatable!

We had a car and so we really enjoyed the location away from the city. It was a pleasure waking up every morning and seeing the stunning views of the mountains. The roof is amazing, at night the sky is beautiful and sunsets and sunrise are breath taking😍 Seniora Rosa was so nice! She helped us with everything we needed, including recommending where to go for a trip that matched our needs. We had hot water for best shower and we cooked our own food. So good after long weeks of hotels. Enjoy!
