HELL in the City of temples
Pros:

The prices charged are 5 Star rates but the hotel and it's staff don't qualify to be one star. We were utterly disappointed and had to shift to Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar for similar prices. The staff are corrupt, not user friendly and the hotel is badly run down on all counts.

Cons:

The linen was dirty and used. No hand towels in the toilet. Wifi was provided only after begging for it. We were offered a buffet lunch from some other wedding party's booking...obviously to make an extra buck. Refund for a day was fought for as only a fraction was offered. Altogether a bitter experience. It is shocking that Booking.com is lending their Goodwill to such a shoddy property leading to loss of faith in future bookings. A total ripoff
