Pros:

Het is een nieuw hotel maar ziet er al afgeleefd uit. De kamer is heel sober met een mega tv en een ok bed en een matige badkamer

Pros:

Good room service and breakfast. Nice staff in general.

Would have been nice to be reminded that breakfast is served at Smith Residence, opposite Smith Hotel.

The "talking elevator" is unnecessary. It can be heard 2 rooms away, everytime.
A shower curtain and a wardrobe as well as better toiletery supplies (especially soap) would make for a better experience.
