The female receptionist could not have been more helpful - a real star!
Pros:

The breakfast was the only poor aspect of my stay. It was very basic, and not very nice. The bread for the toast was stale, which I might not have noticed but for the fact it was barely toasted.

El desayuno normalitó, no hay opciones.
Sería bueno que hubiese restaurante hasta la noche
Que hubiese una cafetera, no se consigue un café o un té. sólo en la mañana. Pague el alojamiento con desayuno, pero el desayuno es de 7 a 9 salí del hotel 6:30 AM, y no había un café.

Un hotel con lo básico para un buen descanso, camas cómodas y con la limpieza necesaria. El personal fue amable.

Normal con psobilidades de mejora.
Pros:

la habitacion asignada inicialmente estaba muy oscura y olia a húmedo, luego nos pasaron a otra habitación la cual el baño estaba dañado y por último fue la habitación donde finalente nos quedamos

Cons:

El desayuno es muy limitado, por ejemplo de fruta había solo papaya, en vez de huevo debería haber alternativas como cereales, jugos, pan, queso, jamón etc., si la persona quiere otro tipo de desayuno que en verdad solo son 2, (carne y calentado, tiene un sobrecosto de $6.000) aunque no es mucho , si falta variedad.

No es pésimo pero tampoco tan bueno como lo pintan

Amabilidad por parte del personal

Cons:

Las fotos que se publican no son exactas; les pone al parecer como unos filtros donde las hacen ver más iluminadas, muestran una pared de hojas que no existe, muestran una habitación con ventana y solo hay una pero no es la que uno selecciona. En conclusión, se ve muchi más elegante de lo que realmente es y el valor es costoso por el tipo de habitación que brindan realmente.
