Söögilauas lubati külalistel suitsetada. Toas oli WC pott kinnitamata. Wifi ühendus ei olnud kiita. Restorani söögid ei vastanud ootustele. Hommikusöök oli kindel ports ja üksluine.

Komfortowy pobyt w rozsądnej cenie
Pros:

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w Zanzibar Bahari Villas. Położenie jest rewelacyjne, w pięknym ogrodzie, tuż przy plaży, do tego jest bardzo blisko do wioski, gdzie można kupić przyprawy, owoce, artykuły spożywcze czy środki higieniczne, blisko znajduje się również nieźle zaopatrzona apteka.
Pokoje są przestronne, sprzątane codziennie i wyposażone w stopniu wystarczającym do komfortowego pobytu. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, co nie zawsze jest takie oczywiste. Układ willi, osobne wejścia z zewnątrz do każdego pokoju i balkony oddzielone pełną ścianą dają dużo prywatności.
Owszem, obiekt nie jest najnowszy i elementy wyposażenia oraz infrastruktura lata świetności mają za sobą, ale ma to swoje odzwierciedlenie w cenie - jest wyraźnie niższa (dwu- trzykrotnie) od ceny pokojów w obiektach nowoczesnych i niedawno wybudowanych/remontowanych. Trzeba mieć tego świadomość wybierając to miejsce - oferta jest adekwatna do ceny (chociaż w mojej opinii ją przewyższa, bo pokoje są naprawdę duże, zdecydowanie ponadstandardowe). Pewnie przydałoby się odświeżenie pokojów, ale to miałoby swoje odbicie w cenie, tak więc coś za coś.
Śniadania są bardzo smaczne i duże (owoce, świeży sok, kawa/herbata, różne odsłony jajek do wyboru, tosty, naleśniki, smażone grzyby, grilowane pomidory, kiełbaski - dla mnie było aż za dużo i z części rzeczy rezygnowałam), można się najeść na niemal cały dzień. Podobało mi się to, że nie ma bufetu śniadaniowego, dzięki czemu nie marnuje się jedzenia. Na kolacje spory wybór dań z menu plus oferta dnia (na ogół zupa, danie mięsne, danie rybne lub z owocami morza i danie wegetariańskie plus deser, do wyboru), wszystko w korzystnych cenach, dobrej jakości i smaczne.
Personel jest absolutnie wspaniały, wszyscy są przemili, uśmiechnięci i chętni do pomocy, jeśli się jej potrzebuje. Jeśli coś nie działa jak powinno, wystarczy to zgłosić i w krótkim czasie zostanie naprawione.
Bardzo polecam to miejsce, spędziłam tu cudowny czas.

I think this places used to be nice but seems to suffer from new ownership/management.

The room we were given had this awful smell to it, which kept us awake and coughing all night.
The bathroom was dirty.
There were no moscito nets on the windows.
The moscito net of the bed had huge holes in it.
The sheets had holes in them too.
The furniture was broken.

The only place to sit or lay was around the very crammed pool... with no shade.

We left after one night and asked for a partial refund (we had paid for 10 nights) and were categorically denied it. They even kept our tourist tax (110$ for 10 days) which we had paid for in cash.
The receptionist was not interested in any of the problems in the room at all.
Total lack of care.

My husband got sick from the breakfast food too.

This hotel had the look and feel of a once pretty place, now totally neglected and mismanaged.

Провели в отеле 12 отличных дней, и остались в полном восторге. Номер был очень чистым и уютным, с отличным видом. Отдельно хочу отметить работу персонала: все очень вежливые и готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Расположение тоже порадовало — всё в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую

Everything! We came here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff is super nice and everyone is so polite and welcoming. The food is TOP for the price, the drinks alsoo. The view, the garden… it’s so magical. Special thanks to Is-haka Salim who is at the reception he was so nice and for any question he was avaliable, special thanks also to the staff at the restaraunt especially the trainee Salma. HAKUNA MATATA!!

La camera doveva essere vista mare ma non lo era, l'ho fatto presente e se ne sono fregati, il cibo sempre uguale quindi molto noioso e monotono, la piscina sempre torbida, potrebbero fare meglio
