Un séjour de qualité
Pros:

Le personnel était très professionnel et dévoué pour les clients de l’hôtel, le cadre était magnifique, le buffet au petit déjeuner et au dîner était convenable, la chambre était spacieuse !

Cons:

La vue sur mer était davantage sur la piscine donc le vis à vis était important mais ce ne sont pas toutes les chambres qui sont concernées !

Alba mozzafiato direttamente sul mare, posizione comodissima per visitare la laguna di balos e le spiagge più belle a ovest. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile. Pulizia ottima. Camera spaziosa e comoda.

Staff are great at reception, check in was lovely, bags carried and explained so well! Gym on site.
Pros:

Staff are so attentive and polite. Carrying luggage to my room. Very clean and modern. Views of the ocean are amazing!

Ottimo hotel, pulito, staff impeccabile, ottimi colazione e cena
Pros:

Ottima struttura. Colazione e cena ottimi (bibite escluse). Staff impeccabile. Servizi extra perfetti (es. Lavanderia) anche se un po' cari.piscina bellissima con accesso alla spiaggia. Pulizia della camera e del bagno, ma anche della struttura in generale. Ovviamente senza macchina è inutile scegliere questa struttura. Vicinissimo a Balos Beach

Ηταν πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο μας, και ακριβώς πάνω από την πισίνα, την οποία χρησιμοποιήσαμε και ήταν πολύ καθαρή! Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, με ζεστό νερό καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας.

We stayed here in the executive suite for our 20th anniversary, and it has just been wonderful.
The view, the pool, the peace and quiet.
Bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent.
The staff are amazing. Attentive, friendly.
We took half board and there was a good selection of food every time. Loads of fresh salads and fruits too.
Its been such a special break. Perfect to unwind.
