Very central location, great for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful.
Location is excellent. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely roof top location for photos and enjoying a meal after a busy day of enjoying Athens.
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Rooms were clean and well cared for. They do ask to keep the key when you leave but we didn't find this to be inconvenient at all. There was always someone at the desk and they were very quick to retrieve it for us.
Even the upgraded room was quite small. There is an elevator but it is very small as well. The staff are extremely accommodating about the size of the room and offer a storage space to hold any empty bags after we unpacked. This helped significantly.

La vue était incroyable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment central
Pendant notre séjour, nous avons malheureusement subi une coupure d’électricité de plus de 13 heures. Nous sommes bien conscients que cet incident était indépendant de la volonté de l’hôtel et qu’il ne pouvait probablement pas être évité.
En revanche, nous avons été un peu déçus par la manière dont la situation a été gérée. Nous nous sommes sentis assez seuls face à cet incident, notamment durant la nuit, qui a été particulièrement difficile sans climatisation compte tenu de la chaleur. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d’attention et d’accompagnement de la part de l’hôtel dans ces circonstances : même une simple lampe de poche aurait été utile, et un petit geste ou quelques mots d’excuse auraient été appréciés.
Nous comprenons parfaitement que ce type de problème puisse arriver, mais nous pensons que c’est précisément dans ce genre de situation que l’attention portée aux clients fait toute la différence.
L'albergo è situato bene per chi vuole visitare il centro e la Plaka. Le stanze che danno sull'Acropoli sono molto silenziose. Staff gentilissimo, camere pulite e spaziose.
La colazione non è molto ricca, ma ci sono molte opportunità vicine all'albergo.
La ubicación y atención del personal fue excepcional. Siempre fueron muy atentos y amables con toda necesidad o duda que tuviéramos. Además está en medio de todo el centro histórico y plazas turísticas. Casi no tuvimos que tomar transporte.
En verdad nada. Pero si me pongo muy exigente, el ascensor era pequeño como para las maletas.
